The Owner & staff are extremely nice and attentive. They have a ton of services and polish colors to choose from. I only get mani/pedi and the price remains consistently the same. I've gone to other nail salons that quote one price over the phone then upsell when you arrive. I ended up paying $70 for a simple mani/pedi at another salon and the polish began to chip the very next day! First Lady's price board is straight forward and the prices are much more realistic than others salons. This establishment is also very clean and brightly lit and spacious and parking is abundant as well. I will continue going to First Lady Nail salon...it's a really classy establishment. He handled my fingers so aggressively, twisting them forcefully and digging his nails into the sides of my fingers while working. It was one of the most uncomfortable things I've ever experienced. He then proceeded to take the electric filer and shave my cuticles and nail bed down to the next layer of my flesh until I screamed out in pain. You can see in the picture how damaged my nails are, now that they've grown out. The pink lines are from where he shaved down my nails unnecessarily. He apologized and then proceeded to do the same with the rest of my nails. Will NOT be returning here again and it'll take months for my damaged nails to grow out.

The nail techs weren't friendly, but also not rude which is fine. The quality and service of the manicure was probably the worst I've ever received. My nail tech used a pea size amount of moisturizer and just wiped my hand off with a warm towel before applying polish. I still tipped well, but not what I would have normally.
