I visited this place because my regular nail salon didn't have a slot opened and I needed to have my nails done. When I first went in, I had to wait but I didn't mind. I was approached by the manager, and she was the one who instructed me where to sit and was the one who charged my card after the job was done. Afterwards, the person that did my nails didn't do a great job like I'm usually use to. However, I didn't mind because I didn't have an appointment and it was a rush situation. After I got home, I decided to check the receipt to make sure I was charged the correct amount that I was given by the manager. I was shocked to see the price I was charged. It was twice the amount I was quoted. I was charged $180 for the job when it should've been $80. I, immediately, called the salon and spoke with the same manager that had charged me. Instead of taking the blame, she immediately blamed the technician. I told the manager that she was the one that charged my card. Her response was that she added additional charges for products I didn't receive. In addition, after several days I had to start cutting off extra skin that was coming out around my nails. Moral of the story, if the regular place you go to doesn't have a slot and you decide to go somewhere else, ask questions, especially about prices and experience of the technician who is going to work on your nails. Make sure to check your receipt and make sure you're charged exactly what you are supposed to pay. Really disappointed with this place. read more
