I live in Walden and rarely go to Montgomery, but when I went I was greeted with a hug and seated. I went for a shampoo, cut and styled. I have thin hair and the owner is very good at making my hair look fuller. The only drawback for me was the stairs since I am older the stairs were difficult for me. Additionally, the handrail on the stairs seemed wobbly and it felt unsafe. I hope the building owner has fixed this by now. I am handicapped and there were no handicapped parking areas that we could find.

Color was much better. Asked for a trim and left with botched layered cut instead. Spent over $400 and my hair so is fried and so choppy. Can't curl my hair and it's even worse straightened.
