The female technicians have always been able to help me by putting in an acrylic nail. During a visit this summer the male technician did a horrible job and would not use acrylic and use some sort of gel instead. It came off in a week while the acrylics have lasted months. When I called and asked to be seen again and this time use acrylic, they refused me service and said I would need to go somewhere else. They insisted they could not help me. So I did go somewhere else and they did an amazing job, even though the male technician at Angel Nails told me it couldn't be done. I am very disappointed because I was a very good customer for a long time.

She rushed a full gel and it showed. Nails were different lengths and looked so unprofessional. JASMINE at FANTASY NAILS took one look at my nails and told me, she would try to fix them. Well she was able to remove the set I had just gotten the week before and gave me a perfectly new gel set that looks perfect! She did not shape my nails the way I wanted, the tops were crooked and jagged, the paint job was messy and had paint all over my cuticles. She also aggressively filled my acrylic down with a straight nail file, filing all the skin around my nails in the process.
