Three manicures in a row done by Lety she is THE best in Monroe!!! I get OPI gel and I have let it go for 4 weeks with no chips. My nails have never grown this long before!

Gina and Jun do an amazing job every time. If you make an appointment the wait is always minimal if any wait time at all!! They are always busy so make an appointment. I've had a hard time finding places where I can also get a good pedicure and this place hit it out of the ball park! I highly recommend and I'm very picky about my nails and toenails!!!!

I went on a Saturday. Last appointment of the day. They did a quick wipe down of the chair but nothing thorough. I had my own sanitizer so I wiped the arm rest and arm pad on the desk. June took her time and made sure my pointy tips were perfectly shaped. She did an really good job. She was nice, polite and smiled. I will go back and definitely recommend this salon.

The woman who made my nail, cut my cuticles causing wounds on each finger of my hands, I had to come home and apply an antiseptic because I was afraid that the wounds could become infected! I do not recommend it! And definitely will not go back!

I've been coming here over 20 years through 3 different owners and have always been satisfied with all the girls that work here. Since Ellen took over it's the best it's ever been. Everyone is genuinely friendly and a lot more relaxed atmosphere too! I have two favorites, but I will not share them for I like to get my appointments when I want them, lol.! read more

I'm visiting for the week and this was the best gel mani/pedi I've had in a long time!! Ellen did a great job on my nails as I recently removed my SNS. She was also super sweet! Miriam did my pedicure and it was AMAZING!! Probably the best I've ever had! I needed this today. read more

I went there for a pedicure was a horrible experience the technician by the name of GINA if I can call her that ,cut my right toe too deep cause me to bleed profusely I asked her to give me some alcohol she refused upon me insisting she brought a bottle ACETONE to put on my wound I try to explain to her that would burn me I got very upset, GINA STARTER LAUGHING and speaking Korean with the other WORKER and still smiling I requested the supervisor to no avail ,She also state next you come have the SPANISH worker take care you . I was very upset and disrespected by this person behavior and treatment I won't recommend this place not even to cut my dogs nails I was here a couple of times in the pass no incident at all and is not cheap either their favor word is 20 dollars more read more

Terrific place. Super friendly staff and really up on their sanitation practice during this age of covid. My gel manicure has lasted longer than I expected. And the ladies took great care to ensure that the polish was perfect on all my fingers and toes. read more

Gina did an amazing job on my nails. Took her time and was careful with my nail beds which are sensitive. But I was in disbelief when they tried to charge me extra for a basic almond shape! I didn't even get tips. I've gotten my nails done across orange and rockland county, and within nyc & never seen that before. read more

I heard great things about this place but my experience today was the worse. The atmosphere wasn't welcoming. It felt like the owner had a attitude because I was asking for help with colors to match the design I wanted. My manicure was rushed. No communication just stone cold work. Finally when leaving the owner Questioned me FOR A TIP IN FRONT OF PEOPLE! How is that professional? I am known to tip well especially if its deserved but I promise this will be the last time I go here for my nails. Would def not recommend read more

Horrible place! The owner only concern is the money! And always asking for tips in cash! Prices are ridiculously high! Really bad service stay way from the older Spanish lady who does the pedicure! She is not good at all! We supposed to have 10 minutes massage with the pedicure and she only did 5 minutes. The youngest one is better. read more

I was a walk in on a quiet day only one other person. I thought great they will have time to do a great job. (First I am in the cosmetology business so I know what's allowed) as I was directed to put my feet in the water with a tap of a hand it was ice cold water ( on a cold winter day) after awhile the man about to do my nails was concerned about it being cold, he started to do my nails while I wasn't paying attention I realized too late that nothing was sanitized. My fault for not paying attention but that alone will make me not go back( hope it's not too late for me) after a really bad pedicure without asking he put a smelly well used unsanitary heat wrap on my neck, I had to ask to have it removed since my nails were wet. my manicure lasted one day, I have to have them redone for a wedding ( the reason I went) I would never go back there. read more

Totally disappointed. Made my appointment given all the good reviews BUT realized when I arrived that it was not accessible!! The scooter I'm in (due to an accident) could not get up the one step, in this door front operation. The more unfortunate part of this, is that it's an easy fix. A well cut piece of plywood or some cement to create a type of slide, would allow a scooter or wheelchair to gain easy access. Just like the one outside of the store. But, clearly the awareness to create access or remove the architectural barrier is not there either. Therefore, I'm not returning!! read more

I can't recommend Nail Station enough. June, the owner, and Donna, at the front desk, are amazing. They do great nails and the service is impeccable. I always make a point to go see June when I'm back in town. Highly recommend. read more

The couple of times that I have been to nail station I noticed that they will give everyone a back massage (which I believe is complimentary) but me. I hope it is not because of my race, but I feel like it is. I will have my friends that are the same race as me go in and see what there experience is. The first time they did my nails Julie did a great job, but Kim did it this time and I was so disappointed because they were very rough and scratchy. I do not think I will return because I feel uncomfortable that they excluded me from the massage without asking me if I would like one or not I told John the owner that I was disappointed in the job that the technician did and he apologized and asked me to make an appointment in the future to request the girl who did a good job the first time. Went today for a gel fill and couldn't be happier. Staff is very friendly and place is clean. Ellen does a great job with shaping the nail and Mariam did an amazing job helping my sister-in-law relax during her reflexology foot spa pedicure. We both walked out giggling like little girls. read more

The staff at Nail Station are incredibly sweet. My nails have been in the best shape ever since going there. Other nail salons are usually overly aggressive with files and dremels which leave your natural nails so thin but they are very careful here. Recently, I injured myself and damaged my one of my nails. Kim was amazing and fixed it so that it was completely unnoticeable as it grew out. Everyone is friendly, the services are excellent and I've been faithfully going here for years. read more

My family recently relocated to Blooming Grove from the city and I was extremely nervous that I would not find a nail salon that lives up to my City expectations. Today was my first time at nail station and I loved it! In fact, their silk wrap was better than my old salon in Brooklyn! Wonderful experience! Yesterday, I went to the Nail Station to get a full acrylic set. The atmosphere was very bright and clean; the staff was friendly and welcoming. I was greeted immediately and received a warming bag to put around my neck/shoulders when I arrived. The wait was about 5 mins and Ellen did an excellent job on my nails. They care about the health of your nails -- she barely used the drill and shaped my nails beautifully with files. They gained a dedicated client. Only 4 stars because, while the actual salon is great, the parking lot doesn't have enough space. read more

Horrible... equipment was out dated... worst than that!! I have a nail fungus in less than a week after going there. Just not clean... :( they also gave me a neck massage for 25 seconds... Who does that? 5-10 mins is the normal... Me and my wife will never go there... read more
