One of the first times after a full set within one week for nails broke off. When I came back to explain to them, what happened they fixed the nails and didn't charge me which I appreciate it. The next time I came in, they Told me to wait and I did and they proceeded to take someone else before me. I came in again today and was told I'll be seen in 15 minutes. They proceeded to sit me in the chair so I can get my nails done and after sitting there for 10 minutes the lady who came in behind me, sat down and looked at me and stated I'm sorry they took me before you I wonder why. Shortly after that, the lady that came in after her was also sat in the chair while still sat there waiting. At this point I was no longer going to wait to be seen. If they choose to take other clients before me then that's not a place that I want to visit.

They stared at us for a bit and suddenly I felt like I wasn't supposed to be there. It took them a minute to gather their unruly pet and finally ask us what we wanted. I asked for two gel manis and pedis. As the pedicurist walked me over to the massage chair, the dog was literally sniffing my butt while they asked me if I was sure about a gel pedicure 3 times. They stated that gel is more expensive as if I couldn't see the price list...I told them I was sure and that I can pay the $84. Anyway, the mani/pedi itself was pretty mediocre. They were petting and consoling the dog (!!!) mid service. Sometimes not washing their hands after. I asked for square toe and it ended up having rounded edges. My manicure is bumpy. I paid, tipped and told myself to never cheat on my OG pedicure girl ever again. The only positives were that it's local, the service was quick and the foot massage was good.

I got a nice pedicure from one person, but a really poor manicure from another person (likely the manager). I had SNS powder removed and reapplied. The woman who did my nails was multitasking and doing other people's nails at the same time and not really paying attention to what she was doing with any of us. They ran out of the color I picked, and the manicure was just sloppy. Some nails were glossier than others, the cuticles were left jagged, and the shaping was inconsistent. This was not cheap either ($79 for a regular pedicure and regular powder gel manicure) and they would only accept cash or Venmo/Zelle. I will never go back and I do not recommend this place.
