I got a gel manicure here with my friend. We called ahead and asked if they had space for 2 gel manicures and they said they did, so without an appointment we were able to get our nails done. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. We were greeted by a man who said hi and invited us to look at polish colors. Within 5 minutes we were both seated to get our nails done. I asked for a 2 color manicure with little rubber duck faces on 2 nails per hand. The technician working with me was very friendly and did a great job on my nails. Technician was terrible. Rushing, didn't cut my cuticles properly or thoroughly. Nicked my foot with the callous remover tool...The builder gel she put on my nails was thick and uneven. I was immediately greeted with a great big smile! This made me so happy! I went in with a vision! They explored that vision with me so patiently! I greatly appreciated their attention to detail! Jason saw that I had a broken finger and a broken nail! I went in for a fill, and he helped blend my broken finger (nail) to look like my other nails and my fingernails look so dainty and pretty! I'm giving it a two because both my daughters went up there today to get their nails done. One got acrylics and they looked great and my other asked for a manicure and came home like this. She paid $20 because it had a design . it may be just nails, but when you have trouble working in the time between school and work, you should at least walk away better than when you walked in. The person doing them may have been new, but geesh, as the owner, or supervisor, you need to check their work. She very nicely told him she wasn't happy. he attempted to fix them but they still looked awful. He never even shaped them. Second time I have been disappointed up there. I made my appt three days in advance with the only decent tech and she wasn't in. They didn't call to let me know, one person was there doing nails and three people were waiting. Hands down, the owners are the sweetest couple. The atmosphere is friendly, the workers speak multiple languages and it all feels inclusive. I've been coming to this salon since 2017. Yes, the worker have rotated out and there are new faces from time to tome, but they're mostly the same and it makes it feel familiar. As a very picky lady, I don't want to have a new person do my mani/pedi every week bc I don't know how it'll turn out. I'm sorry. I'll admit that I am that annoying person. Got a toenail infection. Andy was not friendly. Woman next to me was getting her tips literally ripped off her nails and was in pain.

First time in here, on a Sunday expecting what I paid handsomely for. Came with my daughter for a Pedicure. The tech pushed the $50 pedi with a 10 minute massage and made a big deal about getting the callous' off our feet. It had been a very long time since my daughter had a pedicure but mine was only a month ago. The tech gave a very light message even after I specifically asked for more pressure. Did a lousy job on the callous' and only one coat of polish. We were both totally un-empressed with the service and btw: the Facility was filthy, chairs are dated and the tech was unenthusiastic. My tip was just as unenthusiastic. I would not recommend nor go back there again. read more

When asking for a pedicure with callus removal, I selected the warwick pedicure as they have a complete menu of services. Such a great job and really got the calluses off. Warm and friendly too. Awful. Very unpleasant here. Picture someone rough and rushing coming at you with a cutting tool. Ya. His first touch of my toe with this tool caused pain so I immediately said, "I don't want any cutting - just push the cuticle, please." Thank goodness I stopped him there since that one spot now has to heal. Then in reaching to take my foot out of the tub he didn't care to clear my toes and bumped them hard into the side of the tub! It's comical, really. The massage wasn't too bad. Polish came out ok. Rushed and hectic environment. Somebody ought to know how to run a proper nail salon - they don't here. read more
