I wanted to be happy but was sorely disappointed. I tried this place because they were open on Sunday and I needed a gel manicure. I was told a gel manicure was $25 so I picked a color and waited. After soaking off the old gel, I was taken to another chair to see, who I assume to be, the famous Jason. He was rough and couldn't just focus on the job of my nails. He stood up and worked and kept looking around the place. The coats he put on are so thin, I doubt the polish will stay on for more than 1 week, The best part is when I go to pay I'm then told the gel manicure is $30 instead of the $25 I was quoted on the phone. I will never set foot in this place again, not even for an emergency. When you are charging for a service it would be nice to give the paying customer some attention instead of constantly scanning the room and making them feel like it is most important that you get out of the chair as quickly as possible. read more

I requested a tech thinking that he'll do a good job and he cuts me 3 times and gave me the thickest dip manicure ever, can't trust these people I proved that to myself 10000 times , it will be the last time for these guys when they'll finally start getting their $$$ together just give up your nail salons for Christ sake because you obviously get paid to mess someone's nails up! Honestly I've never heard any positive reviews about this place, but in desperate need my friend and I needed our acrylics off so we came here. After they took them off we decided to get a coat of regular polish. My friend who got serviced next to me did not even get her cuticles cut and asked for rounded edges, but the lady gave her completely round. The polish job was so bad. The guy who did my nails had cut me, he didn't even apologize or offer me any antiseptic(which is always offered at any nail salon). Both our nails have bumps on them because they did not completely file them down and tiny parts of the acrylic nail are still on under the polish. I am completely disappointed. Worst place ever... i've been there several times but this last time was the worst. First of all you get an appointment and they never take you on time... usually an hour after your appointment time. I went for a pedicure and a dip manicure. The pedicure was rushed. And she left cuts on 3 of my toes. I picked my color for my manicure...with a dip you pick the color and then they match your toes to that color. Well she did my toes in a color that I wanted but totally missed the color that I had picked for the manicure. She put so much dip on my fingers I can actually feel heaviness I told her to stop and then some guy came over and tried to fix it not only did she put so much dip on my fingers she never applied the dip to my finger correctly so it looked like I needed a fill. My fingers were cut and burning. They said they would fix it and I kept trying to explain to them by changing the color isn't going to fix my fingers that are now cut and bleeding. I went back the next day to show them what had happened and they really couldn't understand why I was upset.I said look at these nails,I'm worried about an infection. The lady actually said to me they don't look that bad. I told her I don't think it's right to come in for a manicure and pedicure and leave in pain. I told them I paid $70 for this and I was very unsatisfied. I called back again and no return call. I will never visit this establishment again. read more

Never left a review in my life, but felt this was worth it. This place looks run down, dirty windows, dirty walls, nail techs wear rubber gloves to massage your legs! Yes, that's just what I love on my skin when I get a massage, rubber! $25 for a pedicure and I had to tell the nail tech to clean the polish off of my skin. There is the worst collection of polish and hardly any to choose from. Just moved here....i've been to gorgeous places that would never charge that much for a pedicure. This place is terrible! Had a 9:15 appt with Emily. I walked inat 9:14 & saw Emily starting to work on someone else. I told Jason & he said it was just a manicure & I had to soak off my powder nails anyway & to pick out a color. After another 5 min I was going to leave so they brought me to another person's chair & my 2 hands were dunked into a dish of acetate. I feel this was calculated because at this point I wouldn't be able to leave. I took my hands out of the acetate and after being there for 40 minutes someone started to take off my powder nails. Another 5 min & Emily took me to her chair. I just got a regular manicure instead of the powder I originally went for. Just wanted to get out of there. Jason never even looked up when I was paying. At least Emily was apologetic. Needless to say I won't be back so I hope it was worth it to Jason to take that extra customer & loose a regular one. read more

I really wanted to like this place but I was extremely disappointed. I paid extra for the spa pedicure with charcoal mask. First of all, it was not sanitary. They do not use disposable tools or products. They used an open jar of mask and scrub for all customers that they kept re-dipping their hands into instead of more sanitary single use packages like higher quality salons. Tools are also not disposable and are reused among customers, for example the callus buffers, so gross. The technician never wiped off the callous treatment gel after removing the plastic wrap and never cleaned off my feet, so the buffing did absolutely nothing because my feet were covered with slimy gel when she tried to use the pumice scrubber! My feet were still slimy when I left. I didn't even stay to wait for my manicure. Low quality and unsanitary, and definitely not worth the money I paid for the "spa pedicure." I will not be returning. read more

I would not waste my time going there again. My appointment with my daughter and friend was at 10:30am when I got there they tried to argue with me that the appointment was only for 2 not 3, then they had us sit and wait for 40 minutes before we even got to the pedicure chairs. My daughter and I were both nicked and the technician NEVER said anything to either of us. When it came time to pay, and I used my gift card the girl rolled her eyes at me and couldn't believe that it. Then when I gave them the tip, she ASKED "Is that it?" I didn't have a bad experience here but it certainly wasn't good either, I was cut multiple times and the shape of my nails were all wrong. I asked for a coffin shape and they came out flared out and wonky looking, even after I asked to shape them thinner and all the tech did was file the edges not really fixing them at all. After asking a few times to have them the way I intended I decided to just be content with apparently the only finished product I would get- which was lumpy, funny shaped, and all over lengths. This place gets a negative 2 stars from me and this is why: It was my first time getting my nails done here. I had a very bad experience Though I am glad they fitted me in without an appt. they did a horrible job on my nails. All I wanted was a simple French manicure and I told the manager or the owner, I am not sure what his title is, right away but he replied by saying oh " I fit you in today" as if I am suppose to get a crappy job done because I went in without an appointment. He did fix it but I noticed that he was really attentive to the customer that had scheduled an appointment and for what I noticed while waiting for him to be done with her nails so he can fix mine was that he was Extra nice to her. Everywhere I go to get my nails done I always get lotion on my hands, and I get massage, not here. But he did place a warm towel on the other customer's hands, and put lotion on her hands and gave her massage. I guess people without an appointment don't get that luxury.. First impression is the place is very clean. Nice and open with tons of space, so the normal harsh smell of a nail salon is not there. The owner (or so I assume) was lounging back and wasn't too welcoming. I did however like that I did not have to wait. As time went in I noticed if was a little dated and needed some new stations and chairs. Although good I do like a little more interaction with my nail people. The gentleman doing my nails was very quiet. They offer free nail designs as well for all students with a student I.d. Will give them another try but not totally in love . read more

I went to this nail salon about two weeks ago for a gel French around 1pm. It was on the busy side when I walked in but there was only 2 people ahead of me in line. The waiting area is in the middle of the salon yet somehow after waiting for 45 minutes watching customers come and go, and employees sit in their chairs texting and run to Burger King and back I realized that somehow they forgot about me. I politely asked how much longer the wait might be to which they looked at each other and laughed, saying they thought I was waiting for someone else. After they looked around the room and decided who would help me as if it was a chore I finally got my manicure which was sub-par and uneven. The whole time the employees laughed at each-other and to me about the situation and didn't even offer any type of discount or credit. I didn't even receive a complimentary shoulder massage that is known to go along with a manicure. The interior is dated which wouldn't really matter if the employees and services made a positive impression. Overall it was an embarrassing and negative experience, I've never felt so disrespected at a business before. read more
