Daisy suggested that I get a hard gel manicure. I have never had one before. I asked her if it would ruin my natural nails. She told me that it is safe to do and would not ruin my nails. I had a pedicure and a gel, fill manicure . my pedicure was excellent ,however my gel fill manicure is horrendous. My nails are not polished evenly , all my nails were different lengths, just atrocious .They're thick and clumpy. The woman who did my gel talked across the room to another technician the entire time she should've been focusing on my nails $65 honestly not even worth half of that they're horrible. I don't even think I can go two weeks with my nails looking like this .People take no pride in their work so sad. read more

This was undoubtedly the worst nail salon l have ever been to. When I made my appointment I told the owner I had a bad experience at the salon I tried prior. I explained very clearly what my concerns were and she assured me she would do a great job. It truly was beyond awful. The gel was super thick, the shape of my nails awful, the color of the polish had a yellow tint in it from being old or using too much UV light. I booked a mani pedi. After the mani I should have walked out but didn't....I got handed off to a brand new staff member for my pedi. About 7 minutes into that I decided to call it. Told the owner I was not going to continue with the pedi because the person did not know what they were doing. Her response was "ok". And she billed me in full for both services. I just paid and walked out. The place is dirty, run down and has sub par, dated products. I had to purchase a tool and chemical to get the gel off of my fingers it looked so bad. I have been going to Daisy's for years and her work is very good. Unfortunately the past year she has been overbooking herself and you always have to wait for her. It started with 10 min. now it's up to 30 min. Today I arrived for my fill and pedicure appointment and was told they could do my pedicure but Daisy had no time to do my fill. I had this appointment scheduled for a week and had a party that evening. Daisy did not have the decency to tell me herself. or even apologize. Not an acceptable way to treat a customer especially one that has been a customer for 6 years. I don't have the time to waste waiting for her or coming back another time because she overbooked herself. I will never return to her salon. read more

Great attention to detail. I've been to other nail salons in town where they will routinely not even be looking at my feet during a pedicure! Just going through the motions! Love this salon. I have been traveling to Chester NY for my pedicures because I couldn't find a place I really liked in Warwick. Was looking on the internet the other day and decided to try Daisy Nails Spa from the reviews and the pictures. I'm so glad I did. The place is modern and extremely clean.
