She rushed through the entire time, was very distracted with conversations with other employees (conversation is fine, but she would stop what she was doing to chat), did sloppy work, didn't notice the light to the drying lamp not turning on despite me informing her. Overall, she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. After this experience I left with my nails looking awful. I had such a good experience the previous time I went here (about 3 weeks ago), but after today, I'm sad I will not return. I hope this salon can reevaluate the techs working there and have better management.

One of the first times after a full set within one week for nails broke off. When I came back to explain to them, what happened they fixed the nails and didn't charge me which I appreciate it. They proceeded to sit me in the chair so I can get my nails done and after sitting there for 10 minutes the lady who came in behind me, sat down and looked at me and stated I'm sorry they took me before you I wonder why. I came for a pedicure, but after seeing their menu of services, I decided to get the colored powder manicure done on my short nails. I am VERY pleased w/ my pedicure, my feet feel like new! They took their time, didn't skim on the cuticles, and did an amazingly neat polish! My light pink powder manicure was also top notch. Definitely will be returning and bringing my daughters!
