I started going to o baby nails a few months ago. I enjoyed the back massage they give while you are drying your nails but the last couple times the manicurist did a bad job!!!!! Sides of my nails were not even painted!!! One worker was demanding a woman pay more tip for her and her daughter and she did it to me. By far my favorite spot for a pedicure near this area! I don't recommend for nail art it's not that it's bad but it's not at a level for someone who stares at their nails and knit picks. I have been going to this nail salon for years. Well, I went for my usual gel manicure. They have gotten some new people and I went to one of them and she jacked me up. For one, I went after work at 5:30. There were people there and I didn't get in the seat until 6:00. The lady was rushing through to do my nails. I asked her why she's going so fast. Of course she wanted to hurry up and finish so they could leave. As soon as she was done, they had there masks off and was ready to walk out of the door with me and it was only 6:30. She even painted my nails the wrong color! Well fast forward a week and a half and I found myself in urgent care with an infection in my left thumb. I was given antibiotics, but it still didn't get any better, so I went back to urgent care and this time I needed to have it drained. I am so disgusted and disappointed with this nail salon. I should get the same treatment at 6:00 that I would get at 10:00 when they first open and take their time. I will be forwarding them my bill and showing them what happens when they rush their customers. read more

So I went to O baby when they first opened a few years ago and the service was terrible. I went back today on a whim and I would totally keep going ! The new staff is so friendly and very welcoming. They are very efficient and you do not have to wait long. The pedicure was very relaxing and they were not pushy about getting a spa pedicure. The only reason I did not give five stars is because my French pedicure was not perfect but I still LOVE it read more

This place does not disinfect tools between clients. During my pedicure, cuticle scissors still had skin of previous client on it!

I heard about oh baby salon on fb , I have to be honest for the next client , the salon is extremely dirty . The nippers had cuticles from previous clients, the big brush that cleans the station was loaded with all different color nail dust, the station was dirty when I sat down and never cleaned. I was cut during my service and was so scared with everything being so dirty. I'm upset with myself for staying , nothing is sanitized !!!! i hope this review moves them to clean!! read more

Awful! Since the changing of ownership/management, service hasn't been great. Today I BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT for my 2 daughters and myself, and still had to wait 40 minutes for a chair. When my daughter asked the lady that did her nails to fix one of the nails, she rudely said that she can't because she already applied top coat. 20 minutes later, finishing up my nails.... It looks like I got them done by a 5 year old.. Before leaving, I told the manager that this was unacceptable service, but unfortunately she didn't even apologize! NEVER GOING BACK!!! read more

Despite the bad ratings I decided to give this place a shot, big mistake. My pedicure looks terrible I'm not entirely sure what the thought process was here? They didn't even try to clean it up. I got an SNS mani and I had to ask my nail tech to refile my nails about 5 times because of how crooked and bubbly they looked. I rarely leave reviews let alone letting my first one being a bad experience. So my sister and I went here about a month ago, we both got the special pedicure and a gel French on our toes. They charged me 40$ which I didn't think was bad for all that they had offed including a 10 min massage, exfoliation, steam, hot towel and rocks, but for my sister very different story. She had a chipped toe nail and all they was going to do was bond the nail with glue, I asked her to put acrylic and she looked at me like I had 10 heads because she didn't want to do the extra service. Today I decided to go back because I liked they way they came out but wow what a disaster. They aren't consistent with their prices. I came in and got the same service I got last time but this time instead of the lemon I got the cranberry. They tried to charge me for changing the scent that I wanted when the choices were cranberry or lemon. I got the same French just different color and they tried to charge me 58$!!! I ended up getting just regular gel and no French and they still charged me 53$. I'm not understanding where they're adding extra but I will not come here again. Not to mention I had an appointment at 1:30 and they made me wait because someone walked in to do their lashes. read more

This place claims it is appointment only meanwhile walk ins are welcome. I came in for simple gel manicure. I asked for one of the designs that they had on their table in THEIR book. The nail tech could not do it. She had to remove the polish multiple times and ended up having someone else do the design. He even couldnnot do it so I gave up and asked for a plain nail. You should not display a design that you are not able to do. My gel also ended up chipping three days after getting them done. Mind you I do not do heavy hands on work. I've been to this Nail salon 3 times. Only giving it one star because I had a good experience the first time. The price was reasonable and my nails came out nice. The second time was horrible. Got the Spa pedi and gel manicure. The guy that did my nails was absolutely terrible. Super rough while cutting my nails and while giving me the 10min massage that comes with the pedi. The foot massage is THE reason why I pay more for a Spa pedi but it was so bad that I literally had to tell him to stop and forget the massage. Decided to try a 3rd time and make sure got a different person and it was a terrible experience again. Told the girl not to cut my nails but she file them so damn much that it was the equivalent of cutting them! The she got upset because I complained and got another lady to finish my mani. The mani/pedi came ok "decent" at it's best but that lady was also super rough while giving me the mini shoulder massage. And the entire time they kept talking (probably crap about me) in their language. Will definitely be looking for a different place to do my nails. read more

I really struggled with making the decision to write this review. I have had my nails done by Chloe about 6 or 7 times, and she is very good at the art of doing nails. Her work looks great and lasts a long time. Despite her good work, I will not be going there again, and that's because Chloe does not seem to care at all about the human being and customer sitting across from her. Each time I have gone to her she has been extremely rough and careless with the small electric tool she uses to take old polish off, and she has burned me several times. She is also extremely careless and hurts you when using the nail file. Last time I was there, I must have winced and pulled away several times because she hurt me, and she never once apologized. On the contrary, she just gave me a dirty look as she took my hand back to continue the manicure. It is a shame because she does really good work...she is just not a nice person. read more
