Rude. I used to frequent Angel's a few years ago for acrylic tips and manicures. Back then, I remember friendly staff and lots of conversation between staff and customers, myself included. Granted, the place has never looked pristine, but I have seen them sterilize tools, so I became a regular. Fast forward to the past month and a half. My daughter is on this acrylic tip thing and we've been there 3 times recently. Each and every time they've been extremely impersonal and earlier this week were straight up rude! The guy that did my daughter's nails harassed her twice about paying even though she told the j@ck&ss that I was on my way back from the supermarket to pay. This is while she was still getting her nails painted and when she was getting them dried about a half hour before closing! He even put on his coat as if ready to go. Unfortunately I was unaware of this and gave him a tip the minute I got back. Sad how some of these "businesses" chose to treat loyal customers. There will now be an empty seat there every 2 weeks...for good. read more

The technician literally borrowed the tool from the next pedicure chair AS THE WOMAN WAS USING THE BUFFER ONE SOMEONE ELSE- didn't clean it, didn't even wipe it off- and used it on me This place gave me an overwhelming sense of "dirty". I won't go back. read more

Very disappointed with my gel manicure. I don't what products they use but my nails were very sticky. On top of everything charged me more for taking off the old gel color from my nails that is always included on the price everywhere else I go. Will never go back again. read more

The first time I came here I had a wonderful experience. The last time I went, the lady I dealt with was completely rude and disgusting. Honestly I'm not sure if she used a clean cuticle cutter on my nails because I didn't see her take it out, I was washing my hands, but when she was done cutting my cuticles (after she cut me and and I bled onto them a couple of times) she simply blew on the cutters and threw them back into her desk drawer... And then the most shocking part of all, before she applied my top coat, as my nails were still in the drying light, she pulled out the same nail file she used on my fingernails and started filing the dead skin off of her OWN FEET while my nails were drying.... I have never been so disgusted in my entire life at a nail salon and I think even the woman next to me couldn't even believe what was happening. She attempted to ask for my hands back to finish my top coat before she even washed her hands, to which I asked if she could please wash her hands because I really don't want her dead skin on my hands. She didn't understand what I was asking for a minute and then finally realized what I was saying when I pointed to the sink, and then she laughed and said sorry as she washed her hands, not using any soap. She rushed the top coat on my nails because my hands were literally shaking from being so angry, so it was a pretty messy job toward the end. Please don't come here, this place is a straight health hazard... It wasn't like this before but how completely disappointing and disgusting. read more

I went to this location for a full set of acrylics. This was my first set and I was very excited. The guy who did my nails did them very fast but very good. He did the shape I wanted correctly and didn't charge extra. Fast Forward to a day later and my nails started to chip and crack off. I was so unhappy because I loved them so much. Awful experience! The employees are rude. I brought my 11-year old daughter and 6-year old niece to get their nails done. Every single thing was an extra charge. My daughter wanted to have 4 nails painted 1-color and her ring finger painted another color and that was an extra charge! Designs are $10 extra! I wouldn't come back here again! read more

I have been going there for years.I have never had manicures and pedicures last as long as they do there. They have renovated the salon and it is beautiful now. They appear to be busy all the time, so I can't be the only one with a good opinion of them. The same operators have been there for years and that is a good sign to me. read more

This place is extremely unprofessional, they allowed their young daughter to shape nails and she messed up horribly, instead of them honoring and fixing the mistake. They didn't!
