We were in and out of the chairs in less than 10 minutes, which felt more like being processed than receiving a service we paid for. As two Black men, we couldn't shake the feeling that we were being hurried along before too many of the regular customers noticed us. Whether that was the intention or not, we left feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. I've had several pedicures over the years, and I've never experienced one that felt this rushed or impersonal. CONS The nail-salon smell started bothering me after a few minutes. The nail shaping was good, but the polish didn't cover the entire nail. The price of the basic manicure was great at $12, but it was definitely basic. There was no wash or pre-soak to start with, cleaning under nails, cuticle trim etc. I did receive a nail trim, file, cuticle push-back and polish. I will try another nail salon in the area next time.

They were petting and consoling the dog (!!!) mid service. Sometimes not washing their hands after. I asked for square toe and it ended up having rounded edges. My manicure is bumpy. One of the first times after a full set within one week for nails broke off. When I came back to explain to them, what happened they fixed the nails and didn't charge me which I appreciate it. The next time I came in, they Told me to wait and I did and they proceeded to take someone else before me. I came in again today and was told I'll be seen in 15 minutes. They proceeded to sit me in the chair so I can get my nails done and after sitting there for 10 minutes the lady who came in behind me, sat down and looked at me and stated I'm sorry they took me before you I wonder why. Shortly after that, the lady that came in after her was also sat in the chair while still sat there waiting. At this point I was no longer going to wait to be seen. If they choose to take other clients before me then that's not a place that I want to visit.
