I have been going to Maya Nails for years and the owner is always very attentive and does fantastic job on my nails. My nails last at least 3-4 weeks and I'm consistently working with my hands. Highly recommended! read more

WOW!!! it has been years since i've been to a salon with such great service and friendly technicians. Jenny was so lovely to us. We chatted the whole time and she was extremely thorough and everything was very clean. From start to finish, I genuinely felt cared for. They were so accommodating, gentle and patient with my aunt who struggles with mobility and has other health issues. I'm definitely not going back to the other salons in the area where you get nasty looks for asking for a little extra assistance. 100000% recommend !!!! read more

Came in to get a fill and pedicure, only 1 customer in. They took me in right away. But as soon as a white person came in they took the nail tech working on me for this lady. And after my pedicure they took this other white lady who walked in asking if they had time for a manicure. And tried to have me waiting.. I left and paid for my pedicure Never again and they messed up the shape of my toenails read more

I almost don't want to write a review and keep this place as my own secret gem. But I love the ladies at Maya Nail Salon too much to hide them. I found this spot from a card they placed at the new ice cream shop in Monroe. Decided to call and see if they do SNS and unlike a few other nail shops in Monroe, Maya nails salon actually does and the price is very reasonable. Upon entering I was met by friendly faces, clean shop and good vibes. Yaya did my nails to perfection. All the ladies there know how to do nails so no need to bombard one. All talented and funny ladies. Love this shop so much. Plus you get $10 off after spending $150 on all your visits. With nails being about $40 avg each go round. You get that $10 off pretty quickly. I am sooo happy to have found this place. Previous shops my SNS would break off or be too thick. My nails have gone 3 weeks at a time without any issues. I just love this place!!! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The tech spent the ENTIRE TIME she did my nails on the phone and I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She said she could do it but the one color is a little different. I said ok no problem. She was so busy on the phone it looked like STEVIE WONDER painted my nails. It looked absolutely nothing like the picture and had NOTHING to do with the color. She was completely pissed at ME like I did something and I told her to take the polish off my nails. SHE STILL had the audacity to charge me $50 and not ONCE did she apologize or try to make it right. I should have stayed home and let my 5 year old do them. At least I would have had good conversation. NEVER AGAIN STEVIE read more

Worse place went there for the first time , did my pedicure the lady cut all my cubicles and messed up my eyebrows on top of it she thinks it was funny "she goes messed up just a little bit" Smfh I would not recommend that place to anyone. read more

Had such a nice experience !! Staff was extremely nice and the prices were affordable even with the extra Covid fee. I had such a nice pedicure. I saw staff efficiently clean the chairs after every client and used gloves and masks. Also had shields between client and staff. I will definitely come back ! read more

This place is very friendly and clean. I personally watched the woman sanitize things immediately after. I'm sure they usually do a great job but for a regular non gel mani/pedi, the job looked great but immediately started chipping the next day. I'm now on day 3 and practically half of my nails are almost completely chipped off. This has never happened to me with regular mani pedis. read more

I have been getting my nails and toes done for years after moving up here. I and my daughter went to maya she burns your fingers when doing your nails and she is very rude.and her work is not good at all I found a place up here call green clover good work and always polite. read more

I haven't received the service, friendliness, appointment accommodations, and consideration Yaya and her staff give me. They don't sell me something I don't want or need and give me what I want!
