I have gone to this salon multiple times and every single time I have been disappointed. Aside from Max and the Spanish women who work there, it seems like everyone does a rush and horrible job. It feels like you're walking into a factory every single time you go in. Even when you have an appointment with a specific person they ask you is anyone OK? I went in there yesterday and had my nails done and had a gel filling done. I was skeptical, but I just needed to get my nails done and I wanted to see if they would do a good job. Well, that did not happen. I had Mia who put so much hard gel on my nails. It looks like I had tips put on. Aside from that, she cut my cuticle and then left chrome powder in the area near my cuticles so my nails look ridiculous. I don't understand how this is ok. Unfortunately I didn't notice until this morning seeing my nails in the sun. They are rough and lumpy. Well, the new salon is beautiful it's supposed to be a relaxing environment and it is definitely not. The sound of the door letting you know that a customer has walked in and just the amount of people that are in there at all times is just insane. I will never be going back again, but I promise you this. I will be back tomorrow so that they can fix this crappy job because on top of everything else I tipped Mia 20% and now that I'm looking at my nails in the sun, they look like a third grader did them. read more

They're nice people but are you kidding me??? It was $79 plus I gave a $16 tip for a mani/pedi and a lip wax. The wax is fine but look at my nails and toes! They are awful! Sloppy nail polish everywhere that is bubbled up and looks to be old product. I had such a nice square shape to my toenails and she has ruined them. Rounded them and cut them down way too much, crooked, dead skin and polish everywhere. I am NEVER coming back here! read more

used to be a regular customer for both my daughters and myself. It's been a few months since we have gone. We go in tonight with a scheduled appointment for my daughter's nail tech and we had somebody else. While he is puffing her Nails to start the service we get a phone call asking us if we're planning on showing up for our appointment with the nail tech we schedule. I go to the counter asking why they are calling and gave us another tech. we get "sorry". the nail tech does the wrong shape, kind of fixed it. we said something twice. he seemed only able to do coffin shape. Nothing on their website talks about the price of nail art. $15 per nail plus an extra $10 for French. Will NOT be going back. The music was LOUD pop, not relaxing and the smell of fake lavender chemical cleaner like Lysol or Pinesol was nauseatin. Too many other places around that do a better job for less. its unforunate they have fallen to this level. read more

Easy to get last minute appointments but the nail polish says it lasts up to 21 days and I paid $20.00 for a regular manicure plus a tip and the nail polish started to chip within 1 day and by 48 hours later peeling off. read more

I think Jenny is great, and I am loyal for coming here from the city whenever I am in town pre pandemic. However last week I had a pedicure done by one of their newer hire young ladies. I went home to a bloody heel wound as she was so rough on my heels and was on her AirPods the whole time. I am now 7 days of walking around with a bandage and wound that can get infected. Needless to say I will be returning to ask for a refund, report the Employee, and if I run into any issues / reporting the salon for safety. Do NOT come here. Never going anywhere else!!! Their new salon is clean, spacious and beautiful. Jenny and her husband are super nice and very accommodating. I've made appointments and walked in without issue. I've had my nails done off and on for 20+ years at so many different places. At those places my hands looked like trash. I usually had to point out all sorts of mistakes and things I didn't like (bumpy nails, uneven lengths, crappy cuticles etc.), plus my nails would lift and break often so I' had to get them filled every 1.5-2 weeks so I gave up getting my nails done because the cost was never justified. THEN I FOUND JENNY'S (xoxo) based on a recommendation from a coworker. Their nail technician Franchie is a miracle worker. I have been going there now for 9+ months religiously and my gel fills are consistently perfect!!!!! I can go 3-4 weeks before needing another fill too (no lifting, cracking or anything). Franchie is quiet but most days that suits me well :) They're a tiny bit pricier than other salons but I know from experience now their service is worth every penny spent. No regrets!!!! read more

Recently came for a pedicure at Jenny's after having paid what I felt was an absurd price at element across the street Pros: the technicians are lovely and do a great job Cons: unfortunately the pricing has been increased and they are comparable to the element spa. Jenny's could really benefit from a major renovation. I don't see the value of paying $28 for a pedicure and $15 for a manicure when you can pay $3 more across the street for a much brighter and cleaner experience. Unfortunately I am not sure I can return due to this pricing. read more

I'm from California so doing my nails in a different state without knowing the outcome was scary, especially since they're my birthday nails. I was more than satisfied with my visit! Jenni made sure I was okay and satisfied with my nails kept asking me questions and made me feel comfortable! Fernanda did my toes and carried conversation to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. My daughter and I got manicures and they did a nice job. Clean and friendly but English isn't their first language.

The mani/pedi I received was horrible. The tech was David and he is certainly an amateur. He never told me that there was an extra $5.00 on my bill if he used a different exfoliator tool on my feet and the girl at the front desk never told me there was an extra cost if you use your debit card. David gave me a very messy manicure and never put cream on my hands at the end. I'm very disappointed and will never be back. Coincidentally, my daughter had an appointment after me and had the same experience. Jenny, you need to be more open with your customers. This is only my second time going to Jenny's and I am beyond thrilled!! I've been getting my nails done for the last five years and I've done it all: acrylics, gel polish, and most recently dip powder. I naturally have very fragile nails, so I'm always looking for something to help keep them strong while I keep a little length on them. Jenny told me to try a gel manicure, and I will never go back! They're so strong and they last so long!! Everyone here is so nice and professional, and they're so much faster than anywhere else I've been, and they don't have to sacrifice quality to be quick. This Nail Salon is the perfect place to go for a affordable price. Certain things might be a little bit on the pricey side but it is over all worth it's price. Speaking off experience I went to get a gel fill in today which was a little bit on the pricey side of $35 (which isn't the worst price). The last nail salon did my nails so bad that the lady had to take the whole acrylic nail & normally other places would charge but my price was still the same. Overall the finishing product was great. 1.) The space is beautiful and clean. 2.) The nail salon is conveniently right next to a chinese restaurant. 3.)
