They look incredibly natural and beautiful. They clearly explained their fill policy: fills are every two weeks, and if you wait three weeks or more, it's considered a full set. First-time customers also get 20% off, which was a nice bonus. Street parking was easy to find. I went in for a brow lamination and tint plus a lash tint. I was never asked what shape or tint color I would like. The tint does not match my hair or skin tone and the shape is not what I would have picked. The lash tint is jet black and left stains around my eyes - I look like a punk rocker raccoon. I never received post care instructions so when I went home I scrubbed my face to get as much of the tint off as possible. I know from getting laminations before that you cannot get them wet same day so this treatment was useless and a HUGE waste of my money. On top of not getting to advise on my service, during the service I was not treated with care. I was left in the room for random amounts of time on several occasions. I had my Apple Watch so I would see if the salon would come back to check on me when they said but the times were always extended which is probably why the tints are so much darker then expected. I cannot stress this enough - do not go here.
