I've been back a few times and have recommended Creme de la Creme to family in the neighborhood,…read morebut I would strictly only go back for my usual Dazzle Dry manicure (which is excellent with Ana). In April, I had a gel manicure as a walk in with another tech and developed "rings of fire" (grooves) on two nails. I assume it was due to the use of the drill specifically at the end to clean up the nails. This could have been done more carefully. It is August and I can finally cut the damage off.

This place is what I think of as "get a little less than you paid for." I've been here twice now,…read more and my sister comes a lot. The space is small and crunched in and there aren't a ton of colors to choose from. The first pedicure I got there was ok, and the second one looked good but there was blood coming out of my cuticle when I was walking home. None of this is that noteworthy really, but pedicures are $35, and I paid $22 when booking the reservation, then, they also charged my card $16.33 at the end. Which equals $38.33. I don't know why, maybe a cc transaction fee? I brought it up with the woman but she deflected my questions and I just decided to pay and leave. This really rubbed me the wrong way. This is in addition to them looking at me like I'm a Martian when I walked in both times, with a reservation. It's an uncomfortable vibe. They talk about customers in front of other customers, rolling their eyes etc. Idk I've never enjoyed my time there is I guess what I'm saying, but they do get the job done. Also they do not take credit card tips. It's 2025 - it's time to use technology because not everyone uses cash these days.

I really love this place and especially my Technician Maria. I'll be honest, when I first started…read moregoing there I didn't think I'd continue because of the price BUT, the attention to detail and overall quality makes it worth it; my nails easily last for 3 weeks and can even stretch to a month if necessary. Maria is so detail oriented and their space is always clean and relaxing. If cleanliness, cool space , and attention to detail is your thing (and you're able/willing to pay a bit more) then this is your place.

What a nightmare. I urge you to be very careful with this business. I have been a regular customer,…read morebut recently had an appointment cancelled on me the day before, which was really inconvenient. I found out later it was because my regular person no longer worked there. In following up and trying to reschedule I discovered that every time I booked through the online system, my card was charged, and if I modified the reservation, I was charged again. According to the Colorvat policies, this money is supposed to be issued as a gift card to the client, but mine never were and I suspect the same is true for many other clients - they are just betting on you not calling them on it. So now I am held hostage to spend hundreds of dollars here, but to use the "gift cards" (my own money) I can't book through the online system, and have very slow and stilted interactions by text when I try to book with their administration. There are lots of other places to get a good manicure - I hope my story will help you avoid the same problems! PLEASE watch out if you modify a reservation you made online!
