Vivian was really friendly and the quality of her work was exquisite. This was my first time here and I was very pleased with the service.
My nail broke two days after gel manicure with extra coats. Tried this new nail place near me because I really needed to soak off my other nail set. The guy who did my nail was nice and asked for my opinion throughout the session. However the nail broke literally 2 days after and there's space between the gel and the nail now. I wouldn't recommend considering the cost and how long it lasted.
I come here almost every month. They do a great job with shape and dipping powder. Most places make the gel for dipping powder very thick but here they do a good job making it look more natural. Designs they usually to a good job but they were sometimes expensive. Sometimes I get charged $5 per finger for design when designs are not that difficult. However, out of all nail salons I've been to in Queens, they have done the best job. I always come out loving my nails and I'm usually very picky about who does my nails. They are also very efficient.

I called this salon after recieving bad service from a neighbor salon. I was in after 5 minutes. When they say 5 minutes they actually mean 5 minutes. Not those bogus places that tell you 5 minutes and make you wait an hour. This place is the REAL DEAL!! From the moment I walked in, I was acknowledged with a friendly welcome. This place is clean, friendly, accommodating and prices are so amazing! Definitely my new go to salon. I had to sign up for their membership card because they are that awesome! LIN my manicurist was so detailed. Ive NEVER and I mean it never had anyone so articulate and detailed on my nails... he was just amazing and I could tell he really pays attention to detail. Im not one picky with nails but its little stuff like that that I do notice. Its just nice feeling like someone is taking their time and not rushing. Definitely 100% RECOMMEND!!!

I came to this nail salon about two weeks ago through the introduction of a friend. Small but clean space. They have a large selection of nail polish colors and SNS gel color. I was debating between gel vs powder when I came for my visit. She was very patient and accomodating with my questions, and explained the difference between the two and which was a better for for me. This is my first time doing SNS powder gel because my nail so thin and weak. Vivian did my manicure and another girl did my pedicure i forgot her name but both of them are very nice and sweet.
I made an appointment for 1PM on Sunday with Joanna, based on previous Yelp reviews. Upon walking in, the salon is clean, spacious, modern & well-kept. She took me a bit earlier than 1PM, as she was done with her previous customer. They have a wide selection of gel colors, displayed in 4-5 different books. I came specifically for a design, as it seems like that's what they're specialized in. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She filed and shaped my nails perfectly, paying close attention to detail and making sure I was content after each step. Everything was in a sterilized bag prior to opening, which I really appreciate. I'll admit, their prices are a bit higher than other salons I've been to. I paid $75 for a UV gel manicure with design. But you're definitely paying for the cleanliness and detail! They also have a points card which can get you different things based on the number of points (paraffin, free manicure, etc). I definitely would advise calling prior to make an appointment, cause they were turning people away without appointments!
Been searching for a nail salon in the Bayside / Great Neck area that can do SNS well. I used to go all the way to Flushing to get them done, but now this is definitely my new go to place! I made an appointment over Yelp with Johanna after seeing all the pictures and positive reviews. I came at 5:30 on a Thursday, and although everyone was busy, they were still able to get me in a for a pedicure. Johanna was very meticulous and I'm amazed at how nice they came out! She was patient and really gave me what I wanted.
First time here and I am very happy with how my nails came out. I gave Joanna a photo of what I wanted and it turned out exactly like the photo. She was very detailed and let me know the price of everything to make sure I was okay with it. Since my nails were weak, I had SNS under which was $41. I also had 4 designs all together which was an additional $30 (the design was done in gel). The price isn't too bad & most importantly I really liked how detailed she was. I will definitely come back.

The staff is very friendly and I felt like they really cared about doing a good job. I Nicole she did a fabulous job, I literally had horrible nails to work with. She asked how I like my shape and I told her more square. She filed one and asked me if I liked it. I was very happy. When she was done she asked me if I liked my nails. That shows that they care. My sister had May who was also very nice and my sisters nails looked fabulous. The whole staff was so kind. I am definitely a happy customer and my search for a nail salon is over. I am attaching a photo I wish I had the before photo. One more thing I must say. I felt their pricing is very fair and they were very honest about their pricing I was going to do a design but it was late so another time, but they were upfront about everything. Beautiful clean salon as well. Love love love!
I never get my nails done and I decided to try powder SNS. Let me tell you, this place does not disappoint. Johanna did my nails twice and both times, came out beautifully. The store is clean. Prices are reasonable. It is easy to make appointments. They are never overbooked and manage their time well. Lots of parking nearby. Will definitely be a regular. FYI: SNS $35, SNS French $45. Designs range from $5-$10/nail, depending on complexity.

Needed a new place closer to my job , read the reviews ( all glowing I might add) and decided to check it out . Was not disappointed! First of all , the place is super clean , bright , airy , and just had a nice vibe . My nail tech was LIN. Very nice guy , attentive , took his time and did an A-MAZING job on my nails . I get SNS powder every two weeks and this will be my new go to . It's also in the heart of Great Neck . Close to all the cute eateries and smoothie spots in case you want a treat before or after your nail appt! Definitely a plus in my book. They are a tad more expensive than the usual but who cares .. it's well worth it ! Check 'em on out and treat yourself for the holidays ! Thank me later ! Definitely recommend 10/10 read more

Can I just say I love Unique Nails, highly recommend this place if you're lookin for a beautiful mani and pedi that lasts. Everyone is warm and kind, Nicole is my girl, I've been coming here for a year now from Bayside, I searched all over for a nail spa that is worth it, and this is it! I get a hot gel mani every month, lasts that long with no chipping, Nicole knows how picky I am and exactly what I like. She is fabulous, very sweet and patient each time.. Great place if you're looking for somewhere convenient to get a gel mani (it's right next to the great neck LIRR station stop)! Wait was longer than I expected (about 15-20 min), since I had also made a reservation, but nevertheless the nails turned out great. The man working on my nails did a fantastic job! I would definitely come here again if I wanted to go somewhere close by for gel mani. Making a reservation is a must if you want to be served quickly, went in on a Sunday afternoon and all the staff were occupied with customers. read more

Came yesterday afternoon for SNS manicure and regular pedicure. It was a little bit of a wait because it was busy but it was worth it! I had Lin (Not sure about the name because I didn't get to ask) but was was incredibly detail oriented! I love the way my nails turned out. read more

Came in today to try out getting an acrylic set with gel... I've done SNS many times but I think because my hands are constantly in water (due to having 2 young kids!) it just doesn't last on me like it does on other people.. Once again I had nothing short of a great experience. Tommy actually did my nails today & while telling him I wanted them short he mentioned to do the SNS since it would save me money (what other nail salons would do that, they wouldn't!!) I love how my acrylics came out! Also, I had to bring my 4yr old daughter & she insisted on wanting her nails done, the place was very busy as usual but they accommodated her & it made her day! I was able to get an appointment the same day. I was late for an hour and they were able to accommodate it. When I was arrived, the owner was very welcoming. The technician who did my nail was very sweet and professional. She spoke well English and communication was great. I went to Aruba for a week after getting my nails done and not even one stone fell. The result is fantastic and is much better than the salons I went in Nassau. I'm into organic gel nails now otherwise will definitely return. Only complaint I had but wasn't big deal for me were below: I asked design for my nails and the technician wasn't very creative. Instead, she asked a photo of what I wanted and copied exactly from the photo. She did a great job though. Also, she gave the price wrong during the nail session, I had to pay $10 more at the end. read more

I was searching for a new salon after my old go-to moved to the city, and I think I finally found my new place!! First off, I can tell they really care about their artistry and the attention to detail is unmatched. I have really wonky nails that grow sideways and I normally hate the way salons shape my nails but they were really attentive of my nails and the shape- talk about personalized service! I didn't get the name of my nail technician but he worked really fast and I can tell he's really a perfectionist. I showed him a picture of the design I wanted and he made it look even better than the picture! Also, I noticed that they don't overbook like a lot of other salons do so I didn't feel rushed at all. My new go-to when I'm visiting my in-laws. This place is very clean and the staff is super friendly. I've had Yang do my manicure and pedicure both times and was super happy. He took care cutting down the cuticles and was meticulous getting the glitter right on my nails. We came in for wedding nails and my sister had a girl, didn't catch her name, and she was super pleased with the experience. read more

This nail salon is amazing! I don't frequently get my nails done but whenever I want to pamper myself, I will come here. The salon is super clean and spacious and the nail technicians are all really nice! The first time, my nails were really damaged from getting acrylics at another salon and they were able to remove them and recommend different options for me as I didn't want to damage my nails any further. Of course I went back to get my nails summer ready and they came out amazing! I showed my technician a picture of the marble design I wanted and she was able to do it just like the picture. She was super gentle when prepping my nails unlike some other places where I often get cuts and bleed since I have really sensitive skin. Overall, all the techs here really care about what you want for your nails and will check in with you to see if you're happy with the process. I would recommend this salon to everyone! Plus there's always meter parking around, just make sure you feed enough quarters! read more

I've been coming to this nail salon since I moved out to GN. I spent a few months without going due to my busy schedule, but was so happy to return. I was running over 20 mins late and they were so nice to accommodate me regardless. I wasn't sure who did my nails, but she was new. I tend to be very picky about my nails, and I managed to let her do her thing. It was towards the end when she close to putting the final polish, I noticed so many things I thought she was going to correct. She had added over 4 coats of SNS powder and was going to leave it thick. I told her I didn't want my nails to be this thick, and I was told she couldn't file it down anymore. I said uhh ok. I asked if she can apply color on the tip of my nails and gloss. At this point, I was annoyed because she repeated to tell me that no she cannot do that. Johanna noticed I was annoyed and came over, I explained to her the issue and then the nail artist went on to do what I asked. When it comes time to pay, I leave her tip despite the service I had. No thank you or anything. I'm so glad I didn't pay full price and I had a gift card. I'm not sure if the service was rushed because I was late, but if that was the case I would've rather them explain that to me then let me leave with these nails. read more

Very pleased with their service! Today was my first visit and I had the SNS on my nails and a regular pedicure. Johanna is a wizard with SNS! Highly meticulous and extremely neat. I will definitely come back for service moving forward. Clean salon and Covid measures were in place. Also a HUGE selection of SNS options. read more
Big fan of this place! I go to the gym nearby so this is extremely convenient, and the place is clean with amazing service. Received just a regular manicure on my first visit; made a 3:30 appointment and had to wait a little, but staff was extremely apologetic and made sure I had a great experience. They have many color options, and my manicure is flawless. They even glued and powdered my nail for free in a spot that was a little weak, which I really appreciated. They took their time on my manicure and it looks amazing. Place is very cute, clean, and sanitary. They have a rewards card which after it is signed 10 Times, you receive a free manicure. I felt inclined to leave a review for this salon after what happened today. I had an appointment at another salon - when I got there there was a sign that read they were closed and failed to call me to cancel/reschedule. After wasting so much time getting to the original place, I quickly called Unique Nail (which is so much closer and convenient to my home &) I was able to get an appointment within 15 minutes of my initial phone call. The sweet lady that's usually at the front desk did my nails as she was so kind to squeeze me in knowing they were super busy. She did not disappoint !!! Impeccable shape, and literally *nailed* what I asked for! read more

Hello. So i was there last fri and had the sns with extensions done. I paid 65 dollars for everything. One of my tips just broke today three days later :( is there any way you can fix it?
There’s technical issue I just got this question today and I have already fix you nail on Tuesday For friendly remind , try not to use nail tip to open anything because SNS extension is not as strong enough as Acrylic or UV Gel extension
I currently have tips with uv gel so i was wondering how much it would cost to get sns powder on my tips?
UV Gel and SNS powder both are stronger and thicker , so they can’t combine each other. The best way to do is that take off UV gel then do SNS or SNS tip extension. Please call or inbox for price
