I made an appointment before my trip and brought my mom to treat her to a pedicure. It made no sense for someone with an appointment to wait 30+ minutes. After about 45 minutes, we were seated. Winnie, who did my mom's pedicure, upsold us on a lemon spa package. I was treating my mom, so I agreed. My mom said it wasn't special and a waste of money. The lemon was just rubbed on and the massage was minimal. Winnie still got a 20% tip on the original price. Chloe did my nails. I came with a design and showed it to her. She pushed my dry cuticles, which was uncomfortable and painful, and unlike other salons, no real care went into them. Chloe persuaded me to upgrade to gel extensions on top of the tips, saying they would last longer and be stronger. Three weeks later, they're still going strong with no chips. When she did the designs, I voiced my concerns and she said that's how the picture looked or that I should trust her. Certain parts did not match the picture, and when I brought it up, she argued back. Although I came to like some of her artistic interpretation, the process was stressful. What I did NOT appreciate was that she could change things from the picture, but when I requested a small change, she said it would cost extra. When I asked for small edits because some designs weren't thick enough or well done, she refused, said it was fine, or said it was too late. Chloe's attitude got worse. She snipped at me, huffed, and responded shortly. As more customers arrived, she became irritated over my "slowness" in deciding. I made an appointment and specified that I would be getting tips. My time and requests as a paying customer should have been respected, not rushed or met with attitude. A typical salon appointment is 1 to 1.5 hours, so poor time management shouldn't be placed on the customer. The next day I noticed my pinky extension was longer than the other nails. The top coat wasn't placed well, so after 3 days the gold pearls on some fingers turned bronze. After 5 days the top coat on the flowers was nonexistent and things got stuck in the crevices. These were the nails I got engaged with, so seeing all the imperfections after paying a good amount of money was disappointing. Chloe is very talented and detailed, and I tipped her well despite her demeanor. But as a customer, I shouldn't feel like I'm fighting for what I want or that there are two different sets of rules. Otherwise, I could see myself becoming a regular. Then Yoyo did my toes, which was peak disappointment. The usual callus and cuticle care was nonexistent. She massaged one foot for 5 seconds and the other got nothing. The polish didn't dry after 20+ minutes under the fan. When I showed her, she insisted it was dry until I pressed my big toe and the paint dented. She offered to redo it, and I picked a polish I trust from home. She had to redo both big toes twice because she wasn't letting the polish dry between coats. She started to have an attitude too. After 3+ hours in the salon, we were exhausted and my nails still weren't dry. I didn't want to spend more energy asking for another redo, so I tipped 20% of the original price plus a bit more. She looked annoyed and, according to my mom, rolled her eyes at me to her coworker. At home the paint was streaky, dull, and had shifted. Due to the technicians' attitudes, tardiness, and lack of attention, I won't return. There are other nearby salons with similar pricing and good reviews, and press-on nails are a fraction of the price. The first thing I'd change is your attitude toward customers. Please schedule better and only take as many appointments as you can handle, or hire more people. I hope you do better, and I hope others have a better experience. read more

I got a regular gel manicure with 3 coats and one color for only $30, probably the cheapest price I've come across so far. The staff was really sweet and even included a free massage. It's clean and I love the decor. Cici greeted me and offered me water or coffee which was nice. I had spa pedicure, manicure with no nail polish and a 10 min back massage. I think it's a little pricey for the quality but I can tell he was trying. There's gel left on my skin and a little bit of bubbling in the gel. Spa pedicure was $58 and I don't know how much the manicure with no polish and ten minute shoulder massage was but in total was $118 without the tip. So in total with tip was $139.24 I like the convenient parking and the friendliness but the price doesn't match up to the quality. They gave me a $10 coupon for next time read more

The Gel X treatment they offer is top-notch, and they pay incredible attention to detail. My nails always last a long time after visiting. I have been going here since grand opening with excellent quality and designer nails. Unfortunately, they have switched to a new manager and staff, the work has gone way way down. The technician who did my nails was very rough and unhygienic, every time I have gone, they usually open a new kit but not this time. The technician also complained in mandarin that I'm too sensitive. When I was checking out, and they found out I had credit from the VIP card from previous manager, the manager Julie said in mandarin to add money. They thought I only spoke English. Waste of time. Literally. I never leave bad reviews, and maybe I came on an off day. Appts for 11:30 on a rainy Saturday. We arrived on time and I was helping my 9yo select colors when the nail tech rushed me and told me to pick out my own color first since it will be "awhile" for my child. She wanted to get a simple French tip manicure with different colors and no one knew how much to quote me, including the guy who was the "boss" at the register. First they said $40?!
