I was sat down with a tech and I asked them to use an efile to remove the gel overlay because I have leafgel premium on which is premium polish w a hard gel overlay. They didn't quite understand me so I said it's fine just a regular file works. Unfortunately she didn't file all the top layer off so when we removed the acetone soak, it clearly wasn't ready. I asked her to please not peel off the polish from my nails with her hand lol. I was then moved to another tech and she used a metro card to remove the polish which is fine I guess but if they had just used an e filer the base layer is easy to remove. Anyways, she cuts my nails for my but they're so uneven I didn't even bother because I'd already been in there AN HOUR. 1 whole hour. I washed my hands paid and left. I'll just cut my nails down myself since it's just removal but don't think I'll come back here.

Sent my daughter and had a hysterical man just tell me over and over that she could have only the plain nails for 55 or the 80 dollar option and did not help me to work out a different plan or give us options that might work better. Now i never want to go back and my daughter is disappointed on her birthday.
