Vibe wise, they kept glancing at me and didn't say a word until I was visibly antsy about nobody coming over to get started with me. Once they got started, the pedicure was rushed, they did not do the callus remover like I had asked for (they claimed to have "forgotten" after the water was drained and I was already paying), and my technician dropped an entire bottle of product on my shoes midway through my appointment. You're better off ordering a pumice stone on Amazon and doing it at home. Ridiculous how awful this place was for me and I've been to quite a few nail salons prior to this experience. Extremely disappointed and upset about this.

I was sat down with a tech and I asked them to use an efile to remove the gel overlay because I have leafgel premium on which is premium polish w a hard gel overlay. They didn't quite understand me so I said it's fine just a regular file works. Unfortunately she didn't file all the top layer off so when we removed the acetone soak, it clearly wasn't ready. I asked her to please not peel off the polish from my nails with her hand lol. I was then moved to another tech and she used a metro card to remove the polish which is fine I guess but if they had just used an e filer the base layer is easy to remove. Anyways, she cuts my nails for my but they're so uneven I didn't even bother because I'd already been in there AN HOUR. 1 whole hour. I washed my hands paid and left. I'll just cut my nails down myself since it's just removal but don't think I'll come back here.

Two days later on Monday one of my nail was broken I went there, her husband Peter was there they repaired my nail and I left. 3 days later on Thursday an other nail was broken, again Peter was there they fixed. And 12 days later on April 28 my two other nails were broken and I called, spoke to Peter he made reservation for next day to fixed. On Friday April 29, only Ruby was there, I was planing to tell her that I did my nail here on day before Easter and this is the 4th nail is broken not even 2 weeks and I couldn't even use my manicure couple of days straight. I couldn't even speak to her. Her face suddenly change when she hear my nail is broken she said how she will know that I made my nails over there. Maybe I went to different store and going there to fixed. I was shocked. I said Ruby I have my bank app shows that I was here and paid $130 to Ruby nail on 16th. She said to me I don't care about your phone what is it says I will check here my reservation book. I said I was walk in with my daughter. She looked at my nails and said to me these nails so thin. We don't make thin nails, we do thick nails. It's not from here. I said I don't t want anything from you or your store you are not a good business person and I left. I don't know if anybody had same experience with her. First of all she is overpriced. What is $45 for kids mani-pedi? Also they charge for my nails $80 it didn't even last 3 days straight and in 12 days 4 nails were broken.

I was charged for the repair, which I accepted, but I simply asked the owner a reasonable question: How many days after getting your nails done do you allow a customer to come back and have a broken nail fixed? Instead of simply answering my question, the owner became very upset and started yelling at me. I explained that I was not saying he wasn't a professional--I was only asking about the salon's policy so I would know for the future in case another nail broke. He continued yelling and telling me that I should know why my nail broke. I never argued with him or raised my voice. I came in as a paying customer with a simple question and was treated very disrespectfully. A nail breaking can happen, but the way a business handles a customer's concern matters. I was disappointed by the customer service and the way I was spoken to. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning.
