I was sat down with a tech and I asked them to use an efile to remove the gel overlay because I have leafgel premium on which is premium polish w a hard gel overlay. They didn't quite understand me so I said it's fine just a regular file works. Unfortunately she didn't file all the top layer off so when we removed the acetone soak, it clearly wasn't ready. I asked her to please not peel off the polish from my nails with her hand lol. I was then moved to another tech and she used a metro card to remove the polish which is fine I guess but if they had just used an e filer the base layer is easy to remove. Anyways, she cuts my nails for my but they're so uneven I didn't even bother because I'd already been in there AN HOUR. 1 whole hour. I washed my hands paid and left. I'll just cut my nails down myself since it's just removal but don't think I'll come back here.
