Those who are "in the know" usually wait for the more senior/experienced technician if they have a preference. I usually don't mind using whichever person is available next. I really don't need to go as often anymore since I've gotten older. So there is an expression: fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Once before I went in for brow tinting a few weeks before my daughter's wedding. Came out way too dark, and it was pretty shocking for my personal taste, but I am pretty fair, and it did fade over time so it wasn't as dramatic but it took a long time to fade. Well I went again. I did specifically say not too dark several times. I get it, and in their defense, you can't cover grays with a light color. However - between the shaping and tinting, I now look like 2 separate caterpillars have molted over my eye sockets. Just a warning - if you have fair eyebrows, proceed with caution (or don't) do tinting here.

My mom and I usually get our eyebrows and upper lip threaded, we don't have thick eyebrows which makes it somewhat hard to shape but Maldi beauty always does an incredible job of making our eyebrow look thicker than they are. All the employees are so nice and great at what they do. Right now with covid they've made the necessary changes to make their customers feel comfortable including getting vaccinated and using a threading necklace to avoid having to put the thread on their mouths.
