This salon is the best, my family and I have been going for many years and we love Grace and her hospitality. We drive out a couple of minutes out of our way to come here. She is honest in turning away customers when they're extremely busy. Grace is the best when it comes to SNS and Cindy is the best for pedicures. Both are dedicated and take their time. So usually I go to Grace (owner) but I know she's off because she recently broke shoulder so I was handed off to Sally. Very good at her job. What I asked for and what I got was almost identical. I got SNS because my nails are soft and when I get gel directly on my nails, usually peels faster. $40 was the SNS I think and $15 for the design or was it 45 and $20. Either way, cheapest in town for what I got Sally was very good, she really tried with all these funky colors that I almost felt bad but I left her a decent tip. Grace is very good but always rushing, always picking up phone calls but I will always go to a grace and when she isn't around I can def work with Sally. I recommend them because usually my hair gets caught in my nails at the top when I do SNA and this place, when grace does it it doesn't happen not even after 2 months (my longest record) no lifting whatsoever. Grace is an artist. I have been coming here for 2-3 years and can't let go of Grace. She perfects my mani's and her prices are extremely competitive. Where else can you get a $33 french SNS mani? Nowhere! Single color goes for $25-28ish and she also has membership cards where after 10 manis you get $7 off whatever service. My best advice to you, make an appointment. Generally have good experiences and not long wait times unless it's during peak days (like Friday afternoon-evening). I usually can make an appointment the day before and in a pinch, have walked in and was able to be seen within approximately 30 mins Lately, the last couple of times, I've been seen by Cindy (Off on Mondays) who is very thorough, patient and very attentive! She even noticed a broken nail and repaired it for free (without me saying anything). Manicures usually last pretty long and I can go beyond 2 weeks before needing another one. Make a smart choice. 1. No cuticle care. AT ALL. 2. Continuous drilling over the layers and on to the skin followed by bleeding hard (4 fingers total, never experienced anything like this before ANYWHERE). 3. Started giving me just regular powder dip nails in my regular nails when I made a reservation for acrylic nails. 4. When I asked her "Is this for long nails" because I wasn't sure about the exact process for nails, THE LADY BLAMED ME for not telling her earlier what I wanted to get done when I made reservations through phone. 5. Another drilling. I bled. 6. Wasting my time, as she started working on my nails, she told me they would charge $5 more if they aren't short enough ON THE SPOT. I WAS DUMBFOUNDED. This place, not talented at all in being sensitive about customers, is the reason why I give 2 stars. It was very disturbing and disappointing that they don't do proper sanitary things and also dare to continue working on nails ignoring the fact that I was literally bleeding. Applying top coat was really painful since all of them would go in through the cuts she have made. Very disappointing and very poor condition. I really really wanted to like this place. Two of my close friends said they had a great experience and the price was very affordable. It was easy to make an appointment and the lady was very accommodating when I needed to change the time. I got there on time for my appointment and all the technicians were busy so they could not get started on me for about 10-15 minutes. I showed the lady my inspiration picture for my gel manicure and she just could not get it. I had her fix it multiple times but eventually I had to settle because I did not have time. For my regular pedicure, I did a solid color because I was so disappointed with my nails. Yet the other technician messed up my pedicure as well. In the end I spent two hours at the nail salon and have to redo my nails at home before my flight tomorrow. read more

As a loyal customer who has been coming here for quite some time now, I made an apt at 5 pm for a filling and pedicure and when I went in at about 430, I was told that the apt was scheduled at 530. Grace, the owner, tells me it was scheduled at 530 not 5 and argued with me about it and kept insisting it was at 530 and not 5. Very poor customer service. Will not be returning here. read more

The place is small and also the cleaning was super rushed between people on the pedicure chair. I came here bc of the rating on Yelp but I think they are known for their gel and tips. I had been going to my regular nail salon for about 2 years but my friend Insisted that I try this place because they had the most amazing colors and choice of powder. I gave it a shot and I have to say that my nails actually lasts 3 to 4 weeks and never break. They have a fantastic array of colors and glitters to choose from in SNS powder. So I went to this place looking to get a mani/pedi. My nails (which I had grown for some time) were cut wayyyy too short when I specifically said not to make it short. Cuticles were not pushed back and the bottom portion of my nails aren't even filled in. Furthermore, my toenails were not fully dried in-store, creating bumps.
