I've been to multiple nail salons and so far this place is the most hygienic and great price for service! The ladies were very attentive and nice. The foot massage with the pedicure was AMAZING, my calves and feet have never felt so relaxed after a 10min massage (5min per foot). They even have a section where you can sit and blow air onto to dry your pedicure in a separate area for those who just get the pedicure (not gel). If I lived nearby I would definitely become a regular, but my mother in law is a regular already so whenever I come visit, I'll definitely be coming back for a mani-pedi! read more

Update: Came in for a UV gel fill on 12/3/2024. The work is very inconsistent. Let me explain: - I told Winnie (the nail tech) that the UV gel on my right pinky was too thick, she attempted to file it down more and it was still too thick (I tried to explain to her where to file but she just didn't understand)... so for the rest of the nails, some were left thick, some were filed down too much at the tip that my nails actually look UGLY... I walked out of the salon holding back tears. - she cut me twice with the E-file... ON THE SAME FINGER... it is not red and swollen. - she was rushing my set to accommodate another customer that she did not clean up the excess polish left on my fingers. And she put waaayyyy too much polish on some nails that it looks patchy. The work is visibly rushed and messy.. it looks like a 5 year old did it. - even though I hated the work, I still tipped her 10% and as I was walking out I heard her complain to her coworkers about the tip. (I can understand Chinese but they did not know that). Overall, this negative experience was traumatizing and a waste of money. I will not come back here. Pics of work included. read more

So I keep trying to give this place a chance. And the last few times I've walked out so frustrated that as a professional they thought my nails and toenails came out nice. Got my nails done in October and received 40% off because of their grand opening promo. Their November promo is 30% off and I'm def going back! It's not just the price that is good but the way they do my nails. Tony was the one that did my nails. Super friendly and super detailed! He noticed that my nails were too fragile to shave off the old gel so he applied something to soften the gel before removing it. He was so careful with it! He also cleaned my cuticles really well, the prep work was phenomenal! The only downside is they charge $5 if you want a shape that is not square. Place is clean and spacious as well! read more

I generally get pedicures, and these are always done very well, with a great foot/calf massage. Their spa pedicures are great, and I've also gotten good neck & back massages there. I've had several different women, and I've been pleased with all of them. There are many different polishes to choose from. Unfortunately after trying to be a loyal customer the last two times my appointments were not honored - today being specifically bad. I was told it will be a short wait while I'm watching the technician I'm waiting for only 15 minutes into a detailed powder manicure with another client so it was clearly a lie. 30 minutes later someone else gave me a pedicure and I'm basically seeing the owner and other staff jumping in with various appointments to keep things going but they need a better system in place. My nail technician (Winnie) was very rough with my nails and did a poor job. I was barely moving and she kept scoffing and sighing at me. My cuticles are in horrible shape and my acrylic tips are all chunky and uneven. The French tip design does not looking great either, it's very uneven and some areas are missing color. When I asked if she can paint my nails a solid color instead because I wasn't happy with the result, she said she would still charge me extra since she did the French already. Went during their opening week. The studio is beautiful with tons of powder gel choices. Here is the issue- I went in with my nails shaped as rounded. When being charged, the price was $5 more. I saw on the menu that there was a $5 charge for any shape besides square. I have never experienced this before. Considering the powder gel is $40, I think it's ridiculous to charge an extra $5 considering my nails were already shaped.
