I went in today and my nails were completely rushed, my toes are round and not square and I did t complain. I went to get my manicure and it was good until she wiped it down before ot dried and I asked her to redo them and she just added oil for shine. I also didn't complain. When I went to pay and didn't leave a tip (which I always do when I go this just happened once when I didn't tip) multiple of the employees addressed me and were rude about it. When I told them maybe next time e I'll tip, the owner/manager said maybe not. I am not obligated to tip at all especially when it's bad service. I will not be returning and will spread the word! Long story short i had an appointment and I came for a soak off and regular manicure. I was told to move my seat literally 4x. New people came in and I had to keep moving. After I ended up having to sit in the pedicure seat to get my manicure. I had to sit twisted so my hand would be on the little side table. I said it was uncomfortable It did hurt my back. I love how my nails turned out. The whole vibe of the store was very chill and my lady that worked in my nails was super nice! Love it. Would definitely come again. I would definitely recommend Sima! Nails was a bit pricy. Tips with gel was $60, design was $20 and Matte was $5. In total I paid $85+ tip. Besides the price, the only other problem I had with them was that they did not use new files. Usually for new customers you would switch to a new buff and file to prevent the spread of any infections but they used a used one for my nails. read more

This is my new favorite nail salon. I wanted to splurge on a new set of acrylic nails with the "baby boomer" style for the first time and I was impressed. I showed them the Instagram photos and they were like "say no more" ...the nail tech went to pick out the colors and nail sizes. They're pretty straight forward with their prices since it's listed on their menus and on the wall when you walk in. I like that there are about 4 pedicure stations and 3 manicure tables with ample space for a waiting area. I made an appointment and did not have to wait. The nail tech took about an hour to perfect this new set of nails. She used a pink and a white polish and I asked for a subtle glitter top coat. It was about $60 for a UV Gel New Set and it lasted 1 1/2 to 2 months with nail trims. This salon has the largest selection of dip powder I've seen and it's pretty clean. read more

Because I've been here before and had great pedicure, I decided to come again, but this had tohave been one of the worst pedicures of my life. It was going ok until I decided to apply acrylic on one of my toes. I would've appreciated the honesty instead if they felt they weren't going to do a good job, but they just went ahead and gave it their best shot. Now I paid over 50 bucks to look like my toes don't want to talk to one another cause of the way they shaped my toes. I'm pissed. This was not the work of a 50 dollar pedicure. I walked in specifically asked if they had time for a mani pedi, I would've been fine with it if they said no. They did my pedicure and had me sit at the drying station for over 50 minutes while they took other people and trapped me there since they already did my toes and I was waiting to do my nails. And then a separate time I tipped both the ladies that did my mani and pedi separately, and as I went to leave one of them rushed up to me spun me around and forced me to tip the other lady, not knowing I already did. I went to this place today to get a refill gel and it was one of the guys who did my nails. So rude doesn't know how to treat customers. I wanted designs on two nails a heart and xo on the nails. And he couldn't even do that... he started doing the xo only on one nail and it was soo horrible I asked him politely to remove it. And the way this man changed his attitude towards me was absurd, was so aggressive with me and didn't even put lotion on my hands because he was so mad. I got a lavender spa pedicure today with Mae. She did an impressive job on my feet and spent a lot of time on it. She filed and buffed my nails very thoroughly, and massaged them with the perfect pressure (not too firm nor soft). The spa pedicure also included services that most nail salons charge extra for, such as, callous remover, a short hot stone foot and leg massage -which felt very relaxing, and at the end, she put my heels in warm oil as she applied the nail polish.
