She didn't even bother drying the blood until I told her I was bleeding. I asked her to file a couple of nails more so they're even length with the others. She got angry and said I should've asked for a cut instead. Then proceeds to just clip the nails where they became shorter than the original ones I was trying to match. Overall unpleasant experience. She didn't even apologize and had a lot of attitude. There are 5 other salons within walking distance. No need to pay money here just to suffer. My gel also lifted 5 hours the same day.

This place is under new ownership but I have found their practices are still clean or even more so due to the pandemic. First thing they ask you to do once entering is to wash your hands and then they take your temperature. There are dividers for safety separations. I got a gel ombré mani and a regular pedi. She had a vision and made it amazing; I cannot believe how beautiful my nails turned out. She took her time and advised me based on my nails and their shape. I told him and he said that was weird but he still only fixed the four broken ones. Now two days later all the other 6 that he hadn't fixed are cracked, breaking or off completely. I'm so disappointed because I spent $38 for nails that didn't even last me one week. I definitely will not be going back to them for SNS and I recommend that you consider elsewhere.

Was charged $80 not knowing that they would charge $10 to remove my regular gel polish until I was at checkout. I paid over $90 with tip included since the girl that did my nails was very nice and precise. A week later one of my builder gel cracked in the corner of my nail. I'm sorry to say that I don't think I'll be going there again. They require you to add your card on file in order to make appointments and hold a percentage of a deposit in order to keep your appointment . Mine was $28 to hold my appointment. They will charge you a fee of $2.99 to pay with your card for the rest of the money that is owed. They need to be transparent with new customers about what and how much they are charging them. You walk in there and there is no menu of how much services are but instead of how much you should tip for services. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be going back for several reasons which someone them is what I have mentioned.

As I checked out I was told there would be an additional charge of $10 to remove the old gel. That's the first I heard of that. I don't think it's fair to spring that on a client after the fact. I was asked if I wanted to charge the services but I opted to pay cash instead. I was assured I'd receive a statement via email. Fast forward to the next day and I see a charge on my credit card. I called and explained I paid cash and I was assured the charge would be credited and should show in a few days. I asked again for my statement to be emailed and confirmed my email address. To date I've received the credit to my credit card but if I hadn't noticed the charge would they have automatically credited my account? I was assured my card would not be charged, so why did they charge any services to it? To date I haven't received the emailed statement I was assured I'd receive. It's been over 3 weeks. The manicure was fine. The salon is beautiful. People were friendly and professional but sadly it did not go as I expected as far as payment.
