There are several parking spots so I always find one and that makes it more convenient. The decor inside was fine (has been renovated before) and clean. Most speak English there, but you can always try asking for the owner Grace, who is very pleasant and easy to deal with. They also offered Spa services such as facials, etc.

Decided to book a hydrafacial at Reju Origins on a late Friday afternoon and had the best…read moreexperience ever! My aesthetician Joey was friendly, thorough and great with her hands. You can tell that she has been doing this for a while. The spa was very relaxing and clean, with tranquil music playing throughout. Joey started by giving me a gentle face wash to get my makeup off, then proceeded with extraction, peel and infusion, followed by serum and a thick cooling mask. In between, she also gave me a nice head massage and a shoulder massage, incorporating some acupressure. The service was very different from hydrafacials I have received elsewhere. This one was longer, more relaxing and definitely a bang for your buck. I'm definitely returning again for more facials and to try other services. I walked out with hydrated, glowing skin!

I have been here several times because they are reasonably priced but the service is inconsistent. I thought a masseuse has to go through proper training and be certified? They had me lay with my face down the entire 60 minutes! Usually the massage elsewhere would be relaxing but it could be a torture at this place when they put their elbows in the same location for a long time. I walked away feeling more shoulder pain. I would not recommend this place if you have other options. Not so professional as they demand a large tip even when you're not happy with their service!

They also offer cupping therapy as well, which I opted to get after my full body massage... and OMG, did I feel amazing afterwards! The pain which I was experiencing for weeks literally disappeared after my session. The negative reviews do not reflect this place accurately. This place offers reflexology massages, so it's expected to hurt. Also, the general rule for tipping at Asian massage establishments is 50%, as you're paying for a massage at a deep discounted rate... it's just courtesy, as these masseuses are working for tips. If you feel privileged to tip only 20% of service, there are spa's that charge full price for massages and your tip will be appreciated there.

I had sustained an injury from working out, and was recommended by a friend to go to David. While…read moreit is not close to me, I have family in the area so decided to make an appointment on the way to a visit one day. David took the time to explain to me what he would do, as well as take the time to have me go through various movements to test mobility. If you're expecting a typical "chain" massage place, rest assured that this is 100x better and more individualized. He used different release movements so that my mobility was restored in my shoulder and lower back and even added in a bit of Reiki at the end, which I had never had before. His approach was different than any massage I've ever had, but also the most effective. I walked out and felt like I could move in a way that I hadn't been able to in a week and a half since sustaining my injury. It was a natural high. I would definitely make it a point to stop by for another massage in the future, and found it well worth the drive. Now I have to make an excuse to see my family more just to get a massage!

I had a massage by David and a facial by Monica at Golden Hands while visiting family and friends…read morein NY last week. David's massage was deep and effective (I'm a physical therapist and have a pet peeve about just being rubbed without it causing any actual change). I have been dealing with a cervical disc injury with symptoms down my arm as well as a forearm strain and he was able to work with both, increasing my comfort level while traveling that week significantly. It was also just deeply relaxing and wonderful. Monica quickly diagnosed my skin problem as over-drying (which is counter-intuitive when you're having a break out) due to a different skin care regimen I'd been on lately. She did extractions where I really wanted to see my skin look lighter and cleaner but didn't go crazy with it so my skin was left calm and smooth. The products she uses really helped re-balance my skin and restore that missing moisture.
