The BEST and CHEAPEST massages around! No appointment necessary, just walk in and BAM, you're on your way to a massage-induced coma. An hour costs you LESS THAN $50, unheard of! And the masseuses are INCREDIBLE. The only reason why I'm not giving this review a full five stars is because it's a small space and there are no massage "rooms" per se. It's more like beds separated by sheets so you can hear whenever people enter/exit, as well as those in the foot massage section of this business. Personally, I like nothing but some yoga-type of music when I get a massage but don't even care that much when I'm here because it's that good. I recommend booking via the yelp request an appointment option here- it is efficient and seems to be the easiest way to insure that you are not double booked. Sundays-free street parking ( no need to pay the meter). Someone else had the same time foot massage as my mother and I ( we were seen right away and seated right away), but either there was confusion over the phone or something- that person had to return a half hour later to be seen. So pro tip- book online. For 90 minutes ( 60 min back massage and 30 min foot massage) : it is $70. A STEAL. My foot massage was pretty good. Only annoying but understandable thing was that the staff members taking care of myself and my mom had to step out to the front desk often to check in and out other patrons. My back massage was lackluster- it was more because of my preferences than the skill or technique of the person ( I need very intense pressure- the masseuse was only able to do light broad strokes). Felt more like a comfortable rub down than an actual massage. My mom enjoyed her massage immensely. Very clean. Definitely reduced capacity. After coming to the salon I was told that my certificate expired and there is no way to redeem this money at all, no store credit- no exchange. After I offered to add money to the certificate to get the service... I was told that the money is gone and no way to get any massage for it!!! I made an reservation 60 minutes body and 30 minutes foot and paid $70 per person total $210 +tip for 3 people. The person who was in charge of me she mostly massaged my shoulders and didn't do my arms or hand at all. and both my Daughtrers got Head massage snd little facial too but I never got. One of the best massages I've ever had. I have some serious back and shoulder pains, and they really helped and got the kinks out. I left there feeling like a new person. The place is nice and peaceful. Very clean, from what I saw. It's a small place and the full body massage tables are separated by curtains so you can hear the person next to you, but it didn't bother me too much. The massage was too good to pay mind! I invited my friend so she can get a foot massage. While we were both getting the massages (which began at 11:10am) my technician got up 3 times, this meant an interruption on my relaxing session. The mail carrier came in to deliver mail and she got up and took about 3 minutes because for some reason the mail carrier wanted to have a full conversation at that particular time, I was listening to their conversation and my technician had no sense of urgency to get back to my massage. 2 others came in which meant another 5 minutes of interruption. Obviously there wasn't anyone at the front desk. After adding those couple of minutes of interruption, it may seem petty for me to complain. However, when you pay for a full, relaxing service, I believe that is exactly what you are entitled to receive. This leads me to my next point. I mention at the beginning of my review the time my session began. I paid for 60 minutes. Both technicians ended the massages at 11:56am. Isn't that 46 minutes? I should have spoke on this issue but it seemed it wasn't going to matter what my complaint was. Unfortunately I will not return to this location. read more

At first I thought it would be distracting, but the minute the massage started, I felt like I was alone with the technician. I came here years ago. I had a good experience, but saw the same massage therapist exactly 10 times, for 2 hours each time. She was very good. I went back with several sports-related issues, this time needing someone very strong for deep-tissue massage. The massage therapist that worked on me this time managed to work on some very difficult areas (lower back, shoulder) for 90 minutes. I can't say that my bum shoulder is cured, but it's been since Monday afternoon that I had my back worked on, and it's now Friday morning and I can't even remember which side the pain was on. I have came here multiple times in the past two years since moving to great neck. At first they were decently good, however my most recent experience with them was not great, I happened to bring my mother along with me this time. She got a back massage, and told me the massage therapist's nails were too long and were digging into her skin. I had gotten a foot massage that day, and my therapist did the same to me as well. When I asked him to increase pressure on my feet he did however within a few minutes he started to use his nails instead of applying pressure with his fingers. When I flinched from the stabbing pain he said "too hard?". I'm not sure but it seemed like he needed an excuse to apply less pressure. It doesn't make sense how he didn't realize he was digging his nails into my skin. Will not be coming back here. read more

My very long review was responded to by management telling me I must just be sensitive. I paid and tipped after my massage because I wasn't sure if what had just happened was me just being crazy, but when I got into my car I started to cry. This place should be shut down. You cannot beat their massage deals. However, be prepared to be dug into for a deep tissue massage. They will get all the kinks out but it may hurt in the process. Massage rooms have curtains around them so private but no-frills and you can hear everything going on around you. They don't take reservations, but I recommend calling ahead to give them a heads up on when you would like to come in to be sure there's an open slot. This place is one of the best in Great Neck. I came a couple weeks ago for a one hours body massage and all my knots were gone. My provider knew what spots to hit. So my salon that i work at is right around the corner from this place, and i have taken advantage of 10 to 15 minute neck massages when i can, but i went for an hour massage for the first time last night and had an amazing experience... sunny did my massage and she literally did an beyond amazing job getting all the knots i had out... and whenever i've also gone for 10 minute massages they do an awesome job as well.. i'm never disappointed and also they are very reasonable, def a must go to.. the only thing that didn't make me happy was that they do punch cards and i only noticed it because i took a card to write the name of the lady and they didn't bother giving me a punch card and kind of tried to avoid the whole convo about it.. i know they see me frequently but not all the time for an hour so it would have been nice to get that punch card.... overall though great experience read more
