The nail techs are so funny and sweet too! I remember taking my brother and dad for a pedicure there the other day when my mom couldn't go with me. I was hesitant at first because my dad has diabetes and a nail salon really isn't the best spot for him with his condition. I told the nail tech in advance to please be gentle with my dad since he has diabetes and has poor circulation on his feet which makes it dangerous if he gets an accidental nick or a cut. She was very familiar with this and was able to give my dad a great safe and satisfying pedicure! He also loved the massage chairs they sit you down on! I always have a great time at this spot and the results are, without miss, great and long-lasting!

In the last year, the techs have been rude. Some have an attitude. They make you wait without saying how long. Always a long time. Last time it was 45 minutes. There's no point in setting an appointment because it's not honored. Today was enough. I came in at 11am for a refill. I was told to "come back at 3pm". I said "okay". Came back at 3pm and they tell me to "Come back at 4pm". I said "You already told me to come back. I was here at 11am and you told me to come back at 3pm." They say talk to eachother and say "you didn't say anything". I responded with "yes I did, I said okay". They said no you didn't. So I left. All of these are things that I mentioned in my first review that earned them my 4 star review. Which is why I am changing my review and I won't be returning. I also removed all of my nail picture.

I went there today, waited 40 minutes past my appointment time for a pedicure, and then tried to pay for the service with my $100 gift card from 2020 and they wouldn't take it because they "don't use that computer system anymore". The card had a sticker on it saying the amount it was for and a reference number but they don't keep records of their gift cards so they wouldn't honor it and now I'm out $100. New York State law states that gift cards are good for 9 years. Do yourself a favor and pick a different nail place.
