I hate to write this review but I have no other option based on the total lack of cleanliness and safety violations I witnessed. First, I want to start by saying they are very nice people. But with that being said, nice isn't enough when you jeopardize the health of every single customer who patrons your salon. During my visit, I encountered a total disregard for sterilization, cleanliness, and sanitizing of tools. It was BLATANT and negligent. Tools were pulled from a drawer and used on multiple people consecutively without any UV light sterilization or even a simple dip into a disinfectant solution. It frightened me and I feared days afterward of catching an infection or worse. How could a business care so little about something that is so heavily regulated by the health department and licensing office? There was truly zero effort for safety and I couldn't not write this review to warn others. Please go elsewhere if you even care a little about these things. read more

Danielle was amazing !! Would definitely recommend ! However, Suba did a horrible job on my acrylic big toes. As I politely asked for what I wanted she rushed to get it done and seemed bothered when I asked to fix what was done. The acrylic was left chunky on one side and thin on the other. read more

I have left so happy with my nails the few times I have went. They treat their customers with kindness and also share a few laughs along the way! I'm actually confused how the ratings are so good here. I walked in and was met with an overall uncomfortable feeling like I was bothering them for asking for my nails to be done. The girl I had kept texting and seemed like she did not want to be there at all. Exceptionally poor customer service & professionalism. I had an appointment for a manicure & pedicure with Emily at 11a. When I arrived she was working on another customer, the owner Shuba told me it would be another 30min. I was understanding so I left and returned at 11:30. When I arrived again, Emily was STILL working on the other client, but prepared water for me to soak for the pedicure. I remained patience until 12:15pm!!!! I got up, dried my feet and walked out. not once within that hour of waiting did Shuba try to rectify the issue or even have someone else start my service. How can you allow a client WITH an appt to wait over an hour! .. anyway, ladies save your time and go somewhere else. read more

Absolutely love going here. Whenever I'm out of the area and try a new place it never meets Nail Designs standards and I end up leaving upset. I'm always welcomed back warmly and I couldn't be more appreciative of these two ladies.. Kim takes the time to clean up the mess from my mistake and applies such a beautiful set on. I went today to get my nails done thinking I'm gonna walk out with a gel manicure, but no the women that did my nails was named Kelly she started to do my nails very roughly and portly as her utensils were not sterilized which is gross. She then proceeded to do my nails as I was looking at them they didn't look right how I wanted them they were way to short not what I asked for. I had to add some length to them she recommended dip powder. I agreed because I've done dip before, as she proceeded to do my nails the tips were put on crooked then she started doing my dip I noticed how she's doing the shaping that I did not ask for !! Then she proceeded to dip my nails in the dip they were coming out chunky and not good at all. I was so upset and unhappy I told them to remove them immediately. Kelly then put acetone in a bowl and told me to take the dip off my self I was furious!! I asked if she can help file off the dip she proceeded to sit and say stick ur hand in the acetone a little while longer not doing crap about it nor trying to help me remove the remaining product off them quicker. I walked out with such sensitivity on my nails and hands from the acetone burning sensation on my hands and fingers, the remaining dip and tips were still adhered to my nail beds. Worst salon I've ever been to in town customer service was very rude and disrespectful the owner doesn't do anything for her Clients what so ever I will not be coming back neither should you. read more

DONT EVER GO HERE!! I paid $85 plus tip for UV gel nails and they broke 2 days later. I was extremely upset and disappointed. I wanted them removed free of charge, removal is $10 btw, and the owner still wanted me to pay! She blamed my choice of nails to be the problem when it was their fault for not letting the gel set long enough or properly. She argued with me and was very rude. Could not believe they would treat their customers this way. Never coming back! Literally go anywhere else! read more

The guy that did my nails was nice enough, other than the cursing under his breath, but it was, by far, the worst manicure ever. I wanted, what I thought would be a simple design... holiday ornaments, just round balls. This took over 2 hours, every one of my nails is a different shape, 2 of them have chunks of nail cut off the side - I don't even understand why he would cut the side and the polish job is terrible. One of my nails broke when he was filing and he just polished over it so of course, that nail split more so I had to cut it off at the tip of my finger. Because he was having such a hard time painting a ball, he was smearing the polish, which caused him to curse. The entire time, he was saying he had to leave to get to the bank. My appointment was at 10:30 a.m. didn't leave until 12:15 with a crappy gel manicure. Super disappointed that I can't find a good salon around here! Was looking around at the 2 framed flower "paintings", between the cheap framed posters, and one poster just thumbtacked to the wall. Cheap polish, cobwebs everywhere. Love this salon! It's a small local place very close to home and full of experienced technicians who know what they're doing. Since it is a small business and not usually busy, there are only one to three staff some days so I recommend you call in advance and ask if they're available for a walk-in or even to schedule for an appointment! They won't turn their backs on you if they have to stay open later! My nails look amazing as well. read more

I called to see if they were going to be open for long enough for me to get full acrylics at 340, they were supposed to close 20 min later. Kim happily said she would take me to do my nails and stayed late without any complaint. She did an AMAZING job and took more time than anyone I've ever been to before to ensure everything was perfect. My nails haven't ever looked so good. Highly recommend!! read more

The only positives I can see are 1) the staff here is nice and 2) the salon is open on Sundays. My issues are as follows: -- overall not very clean inside... nail dust everywhere, cobwebs hanging from window shades, many boxes / packaging left out on unused manicurist stations --- manicurist stations have leftover nail dust and dirty tools from other customers (and I was the first appointment for the girl who helped me, right at opening at 10 AM..........) -- many colors seem to be drying up and lower quality. While they do have some Essie and OPI, other lesser name brands are more prevalent -- did not see the tools cleaned after my manicure or pedicure ... did not clean the tub my feet were in before it was filled again for next pedicure customer. Gross. -- Manicure and pedicure were of low quality. I had to ask the girl to fix uneven / rough nails twice and once I left I could still feel sharp edges which were not filed correctly. I fixed them myself at home. -- Virtually NO massage of hands/legs/feet with either manicure or pedicure. The girl just put lotion on me and smoothed it in. Weird and disappointing. I would not recommend this salon and I will not be returning. While it seems relatively cheap, and the staff is friendly, the quality is just not there and the salon itself is not clean. Not worth putting your money into. read more

Eventually I took the gel off myself a week later because i couldn't stand them and did not want to go back, soaked them in acetone and my nails are totally shot. $68 for a gel mani and pedicure, $10 for 4 little crappy rhinestones.
