Will never be back again. This was the haircut before my wedding and she completely dismissed my request to get a trim. Not to mention the fact that this womans daughter towed my car out of the open parking lot..not the kind of stress i needed the weekend before my wedding. The place that messed up my hair was my primary salon for the last 5 years and after seeing Brent ONCE I've changed where I'm going to from now on. He took the yellow out of my hair and made it a nice faded blonde mixing my natural colors with the bright blonde like I had originally wanted. He also explained everything to me as he did it and although I didn't know what he was talking about with the brand names half the time it made me feel much more comfortable with how well he knows what he's doing. But with that being said, nice isn't enough when you jeopardize the health of every single customer who patrons your salon. During my visit, I encountered a total disregard for sterilization, cleanliness, and sanitizing of tools. It was BLATANT and negligent. Tools were pulled from a drawer and used on multiple people consecutively without any UV light sterilization or even a simple dip into a disinfectant solution. It frightened me and I feared days afterward of catching an infection or worse. How could a business care so little about something that is so heavily regulated by the health department and licensing office? There was truly zero effort for safety and I couldn't not write this review to warn others. Please go elsewhere if you even care a little about these things.
