First time going there and the last time. I showed Nina a picture of a haircut I had and she cut off way too much and I did not get layers. I got straight blunt type of cut. Hard to describe and I'm amazed that this woman was there for seven years that she had any experience at all. Also, usually the stylist would show you the back of your hair. I've been here twice and I think I've gotten a pretty good feel for what it offers. It's in a great location and has a ton of parking because of being in the ITC mall. The downside is that they don't have a ton of availability and I feel like the stylists are not that well-versed and even basic recommendations. I typically get long layers with bangs and I was asking my stylist on both occasions which kind of bangs they recommend and neither of them could give me any recommendations. It was like talking to a wall. I also have gotten some spa treatments and facial waxing done here. I don't think I could recommend those especially if you have dry skin. The eyebrow waxing it was a little expensive for the area. Typically you can get it for 10 to 15 and I was charged around 18 to 20 for this so it was definitely a little more expensive. And they weren't even I kind of had to keep pushing her to make them the correct size because she kept taking off more on one eyebrow than the other. So overall, I think it's OK but it wouldn't be my first choice in the area. read more

my daughter received a noticeably bad haircut - very, very uneven. I contacted the salon SIX times before an actual human engaged in a conversation with me about it. She asked for a photo. i had sent a photo to the salon 3 times already at that point, but I sent it yet again. I was told that too much time had passed since the haircut. 10 business days had passed plus a major holiday weekend. The reason I waited those 10 is because whenever I do call the salon, I'm immediately put on hold for 5+ minutes. Their message tells the caller that they can send a text, which I've done because I can't wait on hold forever. I have never received a follow-up to any text I have ever sent. Not once. It's such an ordeal to actually reach someone at this salon and they obviously do not stand behind their services. Very disappointing. read more

This past Monday 3/7/22 was my 1st time here I was off and my hair was looking funky. If you go to just a hair cut store they never really help you decide what to get. I walked in and was greeted very warmly and Taylor was available and she too greeted me warmly. I told her how i felt about my hair and gave a her a snippet of my daily life and she recommended the shoulder length hair cut with some layers. She washed and later waved my hair. Run, this place is horrible. It happened to me twice - I showed up for my appointment early and the front desk said the stylist was not there (today I heard she left). Things happen - I get it. But in both situations, they blamed me saying they called me several times and left voicemails.... It was my fault for not receiving those - WHAT??? I confirmed the number they had on file both times and it was correct. I have never not been able to be reached. Funny though, I was able to receive the confirmation text that they sent the past 2 days. Own it -- they NEVER called. Don't blame the customer for doing nothing wrong. Then they said I could go to a different stylist, but I would have to wait and it was only on file for a cut/color - no partial. No thanks, too many mistakes and VERY POOR customer service. I'm also on my second stylist, because the previous one was terminated for a horrible reason. The owner and staff need to do better. I'll take my business elsewhere!!! RUN!!!! read more

First, I barely write reviews but I went to this salon based on recommendation to get an updo for a wedding I was attending. First, my stylist arrived late due to traffic which I accepted as it happens but it put me behind schedule then she struggled to know how to do a formal style. I watched as others in the salon were also having formal hair styles done but my person tried 4 times and I ended up with a doughnut bun like my daughter wears to her dance competitions! Definitely not what I wanted. I paid $75 + tip to leave and get to the venue. To make matters worse despite the stylist "spraying the crap out if it" my hair doughnut popped out less then an hour after getting my hair done at Entourage! I had to have someone at the venue redo my hair! So disappointed. Waste of time and money. I tried to contact the salon and asked for them to reach out to me but have get to get a response. Just wanted to warn anyone who needs a formal stylist to ask for a stylist who is confident in their work. read more

I absolutely love Entourage Salon. From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted with a smile, to dealing with the stylists, nail technicians, and even the support staff, everyone is pleasant and welcoming and appears happy. I have never been disappointed with a service that I have received at Entourage Salon. I have had my hair done by several different people, and it is the only place I will go to get a manicure and a pedicure. They disinfect the tubs between every client and everyone gets fresh files, buffers, and orange sticks if needed. I could spend all day in their massaging pedicure chairs. They do not file off your gel polish with a Dremel like many salons do. They have a product that one brushed on dissolves the gel polish and is easily and gently scraped off leaving your nails in fantastic shape. Tami is able to keep up with my crazy manicure, design requests, and I am always happy with the outcome. read more

I support local/small businesses all the time but this one we will never go to and I will tell this story to 40+ moms I am friends with in this town. I never get this upset over money but I felt humiliated and was called a liar tonight by employees of this salon. I took my senior citizen mother on a VERY TIGHT BUDGET to get a haircut. She washed her hair herself before going in and as she was sitting down in the stylist chair, these were my exact words:"she (my mom) is on a very tight budget so we will skip the blow-drying.". The stylist said okay and went onto cut the hair and used a curling cream instead of the blow-drying. When it came time for us to pay for the service, the cost seemed too high so I said to the girl at the front desk (whom I come to find out is the manager with absolutely no customer service skills) "my mom didn't get the blow-drying and washed her own hair, the price seems steep." This is when I found out the haircut packages include wash and blow-drying which the stylist failed to tell us. The manager mocked me for not knowing what's included in the haircut package and began calling me a liar in so many words... So, I suggested we call over the stylist to confirm I wasn't the one going crazy.... My story was confirmed and we were given $5 off and received no apologies. Why would I say to skip blow-drying because she's on a tight budget if I had known it's part of the package? read more

I basically knew nothing about this salon or the stylists before coming here - that said, I was quite pleased with the coloring of my hair, which was done by Victoria. My hair was originally light brown, but now that I'm in my 50's it seems like it's about 40% white. Victoria did a great job of adding highlights and lowlights to my hair to give me more of a "look"! She listened to me and asked a lot of questions - I really appreciated her concern that I left the salon happy. I can't speak to the whole salon, but Victoria is someone I'd trust to style my hair again. so I called to make an appointment for a balayage. the front desk lady took my name, number, zip code, and card number to charge if I didn't show up. I show up to my appointment and my appt wasn't put through their system LOL. there was no accommodations and the ladies made me feel like it was my issue for not receiving an email with my appointment. I was not asked for my email and it's not my issue to make sure employees do their jobs correctly there. so now it's Christmas and needless to say my hair isn't done and I left in tears. please take more accountability for your screw up entourage.
