Completely unacceptable and honestly one of the most disrespectful experiences at any business. The male owner loudly berated my girlfriend in front of the entire store for "not tipping," while she was literally in the process of paying and about to leave one. Instead of acting professionally, he chose to embarrass her publicly over something he didn't even bother to confirm. Mind you, he was not even the tech or the one cashing the money. It was aggressive, humiliating, and completely out of line. No customer should ever be put on the spot like that, especially over a voluntary tip. This wasn't a misunderstanding, it was a deliberate decision to shame a customer in front of others. If this is how the owner treats people, it says everything you need to know about this place. I would strongly caution anyone thinking about coming here, there are plenty of businesses that actually respect their customers. They will probably claim this never happened, per usual.
