They said starting cost of the design was $5, but I don't think they should have charged me so much for the line on my big toes. When I asked the nail technician to redo one of them, she wasn't too happy about it but did it anyways. I get my nails done twice a year so I want them to look nice. I also got the dip powder manicure and that was $50. The total before tip was $85. I was planning to use this $5 off coupon when I checked into Yelp but they said they have nothing to do with Yelp and they will not honor it. That was a let down. They should talk to Yelp and take that down so it's not misleading. I gave her a nice tip because she was patient with me. Overall, she did a pretty good job. Would I visit them again? I'm not sure. But with that being said, nice isn't enough when you jeopardize the health of every single customer who patrons your salon. During my visit, I encountered a total disregard for sterilization, cleanliness, and sanitizing of tools. It was BLATANT and negligent. Tools were pulled from a drawer and used on multiple people consecutively without any UV light sterilization or even a simple dip into a disinfectant solution. It frightened me and I feared days afterward of catching an infection or worse. How could a business care so little about something that is so heavily regulated by the health department and licensing office? There was truly zero effort for safety and I couldn't not write this review to warn others. Please go elsewhere if you even care a little about these things.
