This morning around 10 AM, I called before heading to HY Foot Spa and the receptionist answered me with very good English confirming it's okay to walk-in. Had an hour body massage because I had a physically hard work for the past 4 days. Found the massage space, separated by curtain from the rest of the big room, kind a tight but it worked well. The bed & sheet are clean, tidy and smell fresh. My masseuse named Sophia and she was very good getting rid of the knots on my back and was a true, skilled professional. She started slow and careful, and then deep and hard to my sore muscles - the way I like it. I surely will be back whenever visiting Fishkill area again. What a deal. 2 hour massage for under $100.00. I have a VIP card. 20% discount on all my massages for 1 year. It's worth it. I go often. Most weekends I am there. My last visit was Saturday at 10:00 AM for a Pedicure and Manicure at Dream Girls then over to the Foot Spa. I left the place after 5 hours of service. Tony, Michael, David, were all working on me. Deep Tissue Strong Massage because my back hurts with Pain. I felt so much better after the massage. I give them 5 stars. Yes. I've been to this spa every few months for about the past 3 years since I moved to Dutchess. In general it's not bad and you get what you pay for. Prices have increased during Covid due to costs, so what used to be a $30/hour foot massage when I started going is now $45/hour. I had the 30 minute chair massage once and wasn't a fan. It's not relaxing to me to get rubbed over my shirt while being mostly upright. I'm not complaining about the increase but while the cost has gone up, to me, the quality has decreased. I don't expect it to be equivalent to a more expensive spa visit but my past two experiences were unpleasant. I'm not particularly comfortable with a man giving me a massage, and they have a fair number of male staff members. Service varies from employee to employee and I can say out of all of the times I've visited, only 2 staff members did a really great job. My visit before last, I had a male therapist and I had to ask him three times to use less pressure. By the end, when he got to my arms, I stopped him and said I've had enough. I was sore for a day or two. On my visit this past Sunday morning, I specifically requested a female, and at the start of the massage, her pressure was already too much, and I had to ask her to go softer. I'm not sure if she understood me because she proceeded to knuckle into my calves and side of my knee as hard as she possibly could, resulting in soreness through Tuesday night, and what I'm pretty positive is a bruise. I don't understand why massage places think that a hard massage pressing into your bones is relaxing. The service is always polite but unfortunately, I have not enjoyed my last 2 foot rubs at this place, because they are too forceful. I may be very sensitive to pressure, but having two bad massages in a row means I will not return. read more

This place is heaven on a budget. Started with shoulder massage while my stinky feet were soaking. Moved on to foot and calf massage- Chinese style which means lots of stimulation of various acupressure points as well as some deep work. Even finished with some quick work on my arms and legs. Fantastic deal. Those knocking this place for not given them a zen spa experience need to understand that these kinds of places aren't like that. Go to a Red Door Spa if you want your zen. That said, the staff did a great job serving a lot of people while keeping their voices down. So no problems with noise as others have reported. Would go here once a week if I lived nearby...and it would be within budget! read more

Skilled like crazy. I went from adding 30 minutes after I realized her skill 20 minutes into the hour. Then added ANOTHER 30 minutes making it 2 hours. Heavenly stages of hot oil, hot stones and hot towels during deep tissue massage delivered in accupressure and swedish styles. $90 for house / $40 for Andi because she worked her butt off with no breaks at all. Why are more people not talking about this place?? I have been here three times and each visit has been better than the next! I have even brought my fiancee here and he loves it. I tried the half hour at first which was way too short. The hour is perfect and includes and initial back rub which is not included in the time. And a half hour on each foot/leg! VERY RELAXING. they do have a reflexology map on the wall to show what area of the foot correspond to your body systems. However they do not ask for you to refer to the map if you need concentrated treatment. Will ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this place for massages of any kind although i have not tried the body massages. read more

A friend and I went to HY for an hour long body massage and hour long foot reflexology session on my birthday. It was absolutely amazing. I have had many massages in the past, and I must say this was by far one of the best. The facility is so clean and such a relaxing and comfortable environment. I'm up here for a funeral and I spent ak yesterday traveling here fron Las Vegas. I'm in pain everywhere. My feet hurt and swollen and I was mainly just on the planes and was pushed around in wheel chairs because I'm on bed rest and not supposed to be up and about. Of course the TSA forgot to put a couple items back in my suitcase. So the next day I ran to target to replace stuff. I stop by this little place and I get a 2 hour full body massage from a precious lady Andi. She worked all those painful travel hours out of the muscles in my body. I've still a few hours before the wake I'm going to and my feet were sore from the flights so I add 30 minutes of foot reflexology before I prepare myself for this evening's grieving. So now Michael is helping my poor swollen feet. This place is a gem! I don't think I'd make it through this weekend without them. I did a 90 minute message with Chinese Medicine Oil and OMG, I never felt so great! I could feel the circulation to my toes and finger tips. I went for my first time today, and was very pleasantly surprised! The staff is super friendly, some don't speak much English but are very nice and you can still communicate what you want. I had a full body massage and it was excellent. Normally I go to a spa, this place is more casual but clean and the massasuse is very thorough. A 1 hr massage was $45 which is very cheap!
