I appreciated that the tea was served in a ceramic mug ( photo) rather than a disposable cup. I've been a member for nearly 12 years and in that time the member rates have doubled. Although I have considered canceling my membership, I have continued it, pay because of excellent massage therapists like Xavier who offers the ideal balance of experience, expertise, intuition, and technique.

Sola Salon basically a big warehouse of salon spaces for rent; within it, there are hairdressers, massage therapists, facial, etc. I received a text from Danielle 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment to text her when I arrive so she can let me in; she came out promptly and greeted me warmly. Her space is clean and posh with upbeat music playing in the background. I was made comfortable given the always awkwardness of Brazilian wax job. She was super professional and told me about the package deal she offer on all of her services for discount (buy in 6 or 12 sessions; never expire). She uses hard wax which is sooo much better than the old wax & rip method. She is also very thorough; cleaned and moisturized my waxed area after. Total duration was only 15 minutes. Quick and done! It's sad. I've use this office in the past and always had great customer service. Unfortunately one…read moredoctor is retiring and the customer service has gone to nothing. I just spent three days in the hospital because the nurse practitioner there did not diagnose me correctly. So I called today to try to have a follow up appointment like I was told to and the secretary that answered the phone told me that even though the hospital tells me to follow up in two weeks it doesn't really matter that my doctor did not have an appointment till July. I tried to explain to her that I was told that I had to have a procedure done before that and she literally did not care. This is the problem with these corporations now they have young girls answering the phone with absolutely no medical training whatsoever and they really do not care about you. You're just a number calling the phone. Do not use them. I'm trying to find somebody else. Worst customer service ever had and I never ever ever have to go to the doctor. I'm very healthy. But this goes to show that they do not care about you and I have two insurances that pay in full and they do not care. She was totally happy when I said I will go somewhere else and literally hung up the phone on me. We are in the process of calling the patient care advocate now with the exact time and date of the phone call.
