(if you notice all the reviews are from men ) smh I guess that's why they want the 40 upfront

I wasn't sure if they are open due to many Chinese owned places closed due to COVID, but luckily, they remained open! Walk-in welcome, No appointments needed. This is located in the ACME plaza in Pleasant Valley; They do massages and facial, if you are looking to do your nails, there's a nail spa literally next door. We came here for foot massage, but saw that they have a combo deal for 30 min foot+30 min body massage for only $45, decided to give it a try. The 2 ladies that were taken care of us speak limited English, fortunately for us, we speaks Chinese! The chairs for the foot massage is no joke! Nice & wide, can be inclined and lowered to your preference. You start with a foot soak, then they lower your chair, give you a clean towel to cover your face/ eyes, then the awesomeness begin! I really enjoyed my massage. The pressure is just right and the ladies were super friendly and chatty (yes, it totally helps that we speak the same language). However, I think you would still enjoy the massage without the chat! The 30 min body massage was done on the same chair, we didn't need to go to a separate room or get undressed. They did head, shoulder, and back massages in the last 30 min. We are totally hooked and plan on coming back for the full body massage! For those, they have separate rooms for privacy. I hope you give this place a try!

I have been coming here for years!!!!! I was so disappointed today that we will not return…read more I don't lightly hand out 1-star reviews but I've come here with various people and by myself many times as well as recommended it to others and I feel like I have to warn people! First of all I had made a reservation a day ahead and expressly stated that I wanted to schedule a couples massage. We got there a few minutes early to get ready and they asked to pay ahead of time. I refused and told them I normally pay after the service. Also they don't speak any English at all and had to use our phone to communicate. The worst part is that the room was ice cold. I complained and they brought in little plug in heaters. The room didn't warm up completely even by the time we were done. In order to plug in the heaters, they unplugged the thing that warms the oil. So now the massage oil is also cold. We should've walked out...But we didn't. The ceiling tiles are falling down and the towels are dirty. The bathroom is gross. I had to ask for new towels and they were short to boot. I am only 5'4" and it was NOT long enough to cover my torso to my feet so they were freezing. No towel rolled up under the ankles to support the feet and they didn't even massage my arms nor head AT ALL! The massage was terrible. They just did the same "rubbing" motion throughout. Weak like they don't care. I miss the older lady that was there. She was fantastic. I think there must be new owners. Stay away. Stay away!

There is a small parking lot to the side that also is host to other business or side street. On a Sunday afternoon, we had no issue. The spa itself was tiny but warming and aesthetically pleasing. The staff are beyond friendly. Our therapists were nice, welcoming and professional. They utilized very strict draping as we undressed our upper bodies for the treatment. The rooms were immaculate. The spa itself was beyond cleanly. It was very well done. We actually didn't know what to expect as we didn't read the description and went off doing something different. It was a face massage that went into a scalp. There was a percolator going, which it wasn't, but my love of coffee made me think it was. It was a steam machine. The scalp massage turned into a space helmet of heat on your head and shoulders as your chest and arms were massaged. There were different technique and tools used when back at the scalp massage which then gave way to multiple hair washes and rinses followed by a blow dry. They used different oils as well as a car wash type rinser at one point. I could have done without so many washes but we didn't really read the description and didn't really know what we were getting. However, it was performed very well. We took a brochure of services and are going to return for different treatments as we had an amazing experience.

The facial was really wonderful and relaxing - no intense scents, super calming with some massage in there that was awesome. We then had individual massages by Tracy. My partner had the same experience as well. I would totally be open to going back if there were other massage therapists though I will say, given the amount of $$ I was really hoping for a better experience.
