First, they did not take the time to find out what was bothering me and focus their attention in the areas of concern. Secondly, the massage was not deep enough for me to feel real improvement. I am pleased to say that I did not have this problem working with Hope. She listened to me about my problem areas and took the time to really work out the kinks. Also, she didn't hesitate to apply the type of pressure necessary to really work the areas out. I had immediate improvement following the session and she has definitely made me a believer. First of all I had made a reservation a day ahead and expressly stated that I wanted to schedule a couples massage. We got there a few minutes early to get ready and they asked to pay ahead of time. I refused and told them I normally pay after the service. Also they don't speak any English at all and had to use our phone to communicate. The worst part is that the room was ice cold. I complained and they brought in little plug in heaters. The room didn't warm up completely even by the time we were done. In order to plug in the heaters, they unplugged the thing that warms the oil. So now the massage oil is also cold. We should've walked out...But we didn't. The ceiling tiles are falling down and the towels are dirty. The bathroom is gross. I had to ask for new towels and they were short to boot. I am only 5'4" and it was NOT long enough to cover my torso to my feet so they were freezing. No towel rolled up under the ankles to support the feet and they didn't even massage my arms nor head AT ALL! The massage was terrible. They just did the same "rubbing" motion throughout. Weak like they don't care. I miss the older lady that was there. She was fantastic. I think there must be new owners. Stay away. Stay away!
