I purchased a half price massage during a Black Friday promotion. This was my first massage ever and it was wonderful! My first appointment was cancelled because of the hearing problem in the building but they were very nice about it. When I went there she made sure to explain how everything worked and made sure I was comfortable. I called them for an appointment and the person( I believe it was an owner) found a spot for me in the day I asked for. I specifically asked for a acne facial for my daughter -she has many white heads on her nose area. We came to the salon and it was very nice place with pleasant decor. They offered us refreshments and asked to fill the info. When it was time to go to the room-they did not let me go inside with my kid.I said she is a minor and she would be more comfortable with me.The owner explain that there is a law(I am not sure if its a truth) that it was only 2 people allowed in the room. It was not a first time I brought my kid to the salon and nobody had problem for me to be in the room with her before. I said it was ok and waited outside. Kimberly,the girl who did the facial,came out and told me that things my kid used for face in no good and she recommended me their products. My kid came out and I paid 80 for a facial and 20 tip.When we came outside I asked my kid if she liked the facial? She said-no. She said the lady did nothing,she was massaging my face,put several different masks and did not exfoliated a single thing from my face. I looked at her face and it was the same it was before.I paid 100 and nothing was done. She needed a cleaning ....I was extremely upset.So was my daughter. read more
