I wanted a spa day with the works for my birthday yesterday & I got exactly that, What a hidden gem! They were Very professional on the phone, the spa was Easy to find, Parking was no issue, and I was taken right away. I received a facial, massage & spa pedicure; from two different girls (forgot their names, but both very lovely). The massage was amazing, I told her exactly what I wanted and she provided exactly that. The facial was very different from what I've had before, As far as products ( im use to murad, etc.). They used wonderful Asian products, that left my face feeling glowy & refreshed and the facial massage put me to sleep! Pedicure was like any other spa pedicure, except they took their time. I didn't feel rushed and the massage & attention to detail is why I will be returning. I had a great experience, it was a full day of pampering for less than $200!! ( grand opening discounts take advantage) lovely staff, loved the ambiance and coziness of the building, which is an old Victorian which they did a great job updating! And they even sent us home with a little gift. I booked again for this month, can't recommend enough you won't be disappointed! read more

Do NOT be deceived by the neighborhood or the fact that this sits in a big old house. When you walk in the front door you will be transported to a completely different world! I'm a nurse working a very stressful job during covid and have been super stressed lately. My husband booked me a 90 minute massage here, knowing I've had many many massages in my lifetime and that I'm picky about my experience. I was leery when I pulled up, but let me say- this was the BEST massage I've EVER had in my entire life! I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed and was beyond happy! My masseuse couldn't have been more than 5 feet tall and weighing 100 lbs, but she was as strong as a 6 foot tall man! She did a head to toe massage, including scalp and face massage, hot stones, and kept a beautifully peaceful room atmosphere! She made sure I wasn't cold, asked what pressure I would like (medium to strong) and was extremely attentive. I couldn't believe what a wonderful experience I had here, and I will be going back again soon. read more

Spa Paradise responded to a unfavorable review I wrote a few weeks ago. There was a misunderstanding regarding what service I was in need of and I did not receive what I thought I was getting. That was due to a language barrier with the therapist. The management responded to my concerns and offered a free redo with one of their best therapists for the service i needed. Daisy did a great job and was very professional and caring. She was amazing and provided me with a massage that has brought noticeable results and relief arter a surgical procedure that I had a couple of months ago. I am returning to this location for several more appointments and look forward to seeing measurable results. The place was incredibly clean and quiet. They have earned a second look and a I feel confident that my initial unfavorable experience was an outlier. I am confident that Spa Paradise is a worthy provider and I give them 5 stars for their performance overall. read more

This is by far the best spa I've ever visited. Super clean, heavenly music, pleasant and soothing ambiance, friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone here is super professional and made sure I had the best experience possible. Today is my third visit and I got my nails done by Rachel (for the second time). The design I asked for is quite complex but Rachel took her time as usual and made sure every detail is done to perfection. I am extremely satisfied with how my nails came out and honestly couldn't be happier! My husband and I got back massages from Nancy and Summer in our previous visits and we left the place feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated! Their pedicures are heavenly too! My feet have never felt softer! They also do everything from facials, lashes to acupuncture! Can't wait to try their other services! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a fabulous spa place to treat themselves to! read more
