Jen did my facial and nails, and she was great! The facial consisted of cleansing, steaming, exfoliating, and moisturizing, and my face was glowing when I was finished. When I smudged one of my fingernails as I was leaving the spa, she was happy to quickly fix it up again. Overall, a great experience.
