Yesterday I had an appointment for 3 of my relatives from out of state. The messages were great! The old woman at the front desk was very rude when I paid by credit card, pointing the the "tip" ! Even though she only spoke a few words of English she found all my sore spots and really helped work out some of my muscular stress. I have been here twice for a couples massage with a friend of mine. Both times we got the 60 minutes full body massage it was $50 the first time and the prices went up to $55 the second time. However, it's still very reasonable and a great massage. My only complaint is that both times they either asked us to come earlier or later so they could accommodate other customers. RATING IS A NEGATIVE FOR US Called ahead of time to schedule 90 min appointment for my husband and I. We confirmed a time but when we arrived we had to wait at least 10 mins. The massage was ok but I've had better. The problem was not the service it was upon paying. We always give a generous tip if we feel you went above and beyond, but in this case, they got an average tip. As we proceeded to leave my husband turned around to use the bathroom and I headed outside to wait for him. As he walked out he said, "you ain't going to believe this, you know they cornered me and said my tip was too little!" They wouldn't let me leave and asked for $20 for each masseuse and $5 for the one that collected the money. Normally, I would have turned around verbalized an attack (lol) but instead we both felt like it just wasn't worth it. So, in the future, seems minimum tip is $20 per masseuse and don't forget to tip the grouchy old mama-son who guards the front. read more

She kept fighting us on it and making it seem like it was required to leave $10/girl. It was at least 5 minutes back and forth with my husband almost leaving a $0 tip because of how she was. My boyfriend and I are traveling and decided to book a massage, I researched various different places all around this location but saw the great reviews this one had at very reasonable prices. We did the one hour massage and it was overall amazing. If you're looking for a place to go for massages I would definitely recommend going here. The masseuse didn't speak any English and so it was very difficult to communicate. We had booked a body massage and a foot spa. The foot spa was disappointing. Good massage for the price. Walked in to a dark lit vestibule with a reception table and chairs in the front. Eric took me right in. He spoke some English. Enough to communicate if I wanted less or more pressure. The techniques were a little different than what I'm used to like the chopping on the body and picking up the feet and dropping them on the table. It wasn't rough though. I did not have a pleasant experience. For one, it was very loud during my massage. No privacy. Instead of relaxing I had to listen to conversations throughout the place. Didn't enjoy the massage. Second, I used a gift card so I assumed it included the tip. I gave her an additional 5 to be nice and I assume who was the owner at the desk, saw me take out a 5 and she goes "um it's a 10 tip not 5". This place should appeal to those who are looking for some body work at a great value. I've paid $300 for a treatment at Glenmere in Chester. This was $48 for 60 minutes and so, I "muscled" though some of the "bad" parts. "Bad?! What is bad?" Well, they're comfortable with you. At most spas, that towel stays locked to your special places. Meh. Not such much here. My booty was exposed for half of the treatment. But, I should also say there was nothing fishy about it. This woman was on a mission, and her efforts were well intended. She worked some magic on my head, feet, and shoulders. She didn't speak much English but she checked to see if her pressure was good several times. The hot stones were nice and she went out of her way to use hot towels on me as it neared the end so I didn't walk out of there greasy and slimy.
