I wasn't sure if they are open due to many Chinese owned places closed due to COVID, but luckily, they remained open! Walk-in welcome, No appointments needed. This is located in the ACME plaza in Pleasant Valley; They do massages and facial, if you are looking to do your nails, there's a nail spa literally next door. We came here for foot massage, but saw that they have a combo deal for 30 min foot+30 min body massage for only $45, decided to give it a try. The 2 ladies that were taken care of us speak limited English, fortunately for us, we speaks Chinese! The chairs for the foot massage is no joke! Nice & wide, can be inclined and lowered to your preference. You start with a foot soak, then they lower your chair, give you a clean towel to cover your face/ eyes, then the awesomeness begin! I really enjoyed my massage. The pressure is just right and the ladies were super friendly and chatty (yes, it totally helps that we speak the same language). However, I think you would still enjoy the massage without the chat! The 30 min body massage was done on the same chair, we didn't need to go to a separate room or get undressed. They did head, shoulder, and back massages in the last 30 min. We are totally hooked and plan on coming back for the full body massage! For those, they have separate rooms for privacy. I hope you give this place a try!

I have been coming here for years!!!!! I was so disappointed today that we will not return…read more I don't lightly hand out 1-star reviews but I've come here with various people and by myself many times as well as recommended it to others and I feel like I have to warn people! First of all I had made a reservation a day ahead and expressly stated that I wanted to schedule a couples massage. We got there a few minutes early to get ready and they asked to pay ahead of time. I refused and told them I normally pay after the service. Also they don't speak any English at all and had to use our phone to communicate. The worst part is that the room was ice cold. I complained and they brought in little plug in heaters. The room didn't warm up completely even by the time we were done. In order to plug in the heaters, they unplugged the thing that warms the oil. So now the massage oil is also cold. We should've walked out...But we didn't. The ceiling tiles are falling down and the towels are dirty. The bathroom is gross. I had to ask for new towels and they were short to boot. I am only 5'4" and it was NOT long enough to cover my torso to my feet so they were freezing. No towel rolled up under the ankles to support the feet and they didn't even massage my arms nor head AT ALL! The massage was terrible. They just did the same "rubbing" motion throughout. Weak like they don't care. I miss the older lady that was there. She was fantastic. I think there must be new owners. Stay away. Stay away!

The new owner Dawn has been there two weeks and has already started making welcome changes. She has a wonderful, friendly demeanor, perfect for this type of business. There have been a few challenges this week with two snowstorms and then a power outage for a few hours yesterday. Dawn was very gracious and apologetic when I left - and the power outage was due to a pole coming down, nothing she could control. (I hope the irate, rude woman who had to have her facial rescheduled due to the power outage is reading this. A word of advice - all the beauty treatments in the world will not make you beautiful if you have a nasty attitude.) Special thanks to Hannah and Amanda who have been there for years, are great nail techs and deliver outstanding customer service! We even got to laugh as Hannah finished my pedicure by flashlight! Best of luck to Dawn and the team!

As soon as the session ended, I asked for a moment to get dressed, but I felt rushed while still trying to have privacy. She initially stayed in the room and repeatedly asked me to pay immediately, so I had to ask again for her to step out. Even after she left the room, she was waiting right outside the door. When I came out, she was standing there expecting payment right away. I said we could go to the front to pay, but there was pressure in the moment to handle everything immediately. She insisted on cash for a tip after I already paid the service fee, which I wasn't prepared for. The interaction felt very forceful and uncomfortable, especially at the end of what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. Overall, the massage was good, but the way payment, tipping, and privacy were handled afterward was very unprofessional and took away from it.
