Unfortunately that was not the greatest, WAY too gentle, WAY too much oil, and hardly felt relieved nor relaxed after - I kept thinking "when is this massage going to start" even after for more pressure. My partner had the same experience as well. I arrived on the scheduled date to find the floats down and there was a very nice, but slow receptionist apologizing that the offer should have come offline due to this. She kindly rescheduled me for the following week staying they would have the floats back up. I allowed addition days past the exoected date of repair just for cushion. Again I receive multiple confirmations. The day before the scheduled service, I receive a call from the same person canceling yet again due to issues with maintenence of the floats. We came here for foot massage, but saw that they have a combo deal for 30 min foot+30 min body massage for only $45, decided to give it a try. The 2 ladies that were taken care of us speak limited English, fortunately for us, we speaks Chinese! The chairs for the foot massage is no joke! Nice & wide, can be inclined and lowered to your preference. You start with a foot soak, then they lower your chair, give you a clean towel to cover your face/ eyes, then the awesomeness begin! I really enjoyed my massage. The pressure is just right and the ladies were super friendly and chatty (yes, it totally helps that we speak the same language). However, I think you would still enjoy the massage without the chat! The 30 min body massage was done on the same chair, we didn't need to go to a separate room or get undressed. I refused and told them I normally pay after the service. Also they don't speak any English at all and had to use our phone to communicate. The worst part is that the room was ice cold. I complained and they brought in little plug in heaters. The room didn't warm up completely even by the time we were done. In order to plug in the heaters, they unplugged the thing that warms the oil. So now the massage oil is also cold. We should've walked out...But we didn't. The ceiling tiles are falling down and the towels are dirty. The bathroom is gross. I had to ask for new towels and they were short to boot. I am only 5'4" and it was NOT long enough to cover my torso to my feet so they were freezing. No towel rolled up under the ankles to support the feet and they didn't even massage my arms nor head AT ALL! The massage was terrible. They just did the same "rubbing" motion throughout.
