This is my new favorite place! On one of the coldest days of 2023 I was warmly welcomed. Off street parking lot was easy to find. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the space was clean and beautiful. A dear friend and I decided to pamper ourselves. Plenty of staff to offer direction, get us in our robes with beverages (a delightful assortment) and our message therapists were ready and inviting. I had a luxurious Balinese message on a heated bed! I've been to many locations around the Hudson Valley and, like I said- my new fav! She is absolutely amazing because she intuitively knows - and gently works out - the kinks, sore and stiff spots on my 67 year old body. Every time I leave her care, I feel refreshed, restored and rejuvenated - she is THAT great! She is also an extraordinarily gifted tarot card reader and has given me spot on insights about issues going on in my life that I have not shared with others. I am currently disputing a $800 charge for June 9th Fibroblast Plasma treatment I received at Rain Spa on June 9th. The treatment was booked by a friend for what I assumed was for sun spots areas on my face (I budgeted about $125 for that). Not at any point during the procedure was I made aware of the cost of the upper lid area that I also received treatment for. $800 total for a hasty 15 minute procedure was certainly a sticker shock. I would forgo the charge, if I saw any results...but the treatment turned out to be completely ineffective. More than 12 weeks later, my sun spots are still there, eye lid skin is the same. I ended up bleeding from the sun spots in the lower part of my face, had a painful recovery, yet was exited to see any results to no avail. Claiming this procedure will produce 'results similar to a surgical procedure' is misleading at least and false advertisement at worst. read more

I did not feel welcome here. The waiting room is tiny (only four chairs) and cramped, right next to the bathroom. The attendant told me I could make myself tea but there was no hot water and no tea. The aesthetician who did my facial seemed to be in a hurry and didn't tell me about any of the products she was using; she also spent about half the time rubbing my temples, which I could have done myself. Altogether a very disappointing 50 minutes for $135 plus tip. I would recommend Haven Spa just around the corner-- much larger waiting room and friendlier staff. read more

I got my brows microbladed by Megan and I'm SO happy with my results. This girl is amazing - she runs 3 businesses and made time to personally reach out after my appointments to check up. The spa itself is beautifully decorated and super cozy. They use a numbing cream which makes the process absolutely painless. It felt like a super gentle scraping and I couldn't believe how the whole process didn't hurt me one bit. Love these sweet girls and so happy to support local business. read more

Got a lash lift, lasted a solid 3 days.. I always keep trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt by going to different employees for the lash lifts, no luck. Either crinkled lashes or a lift that lasts 3 days. read more

What can I say, this establishment is an example of everything not to do in a business. We spent the weekend in Rhinebeck and checked into the Beekmann Arms hotel around 3pm so we had a lot of time to wander around all the shops in town and get massages before out 7pm reservation. I went into their website and though they had available massage slots at 5:45 and 6:45 the app would let me get all the way up to the payment section and then not allow me to go further. Even tried it from my laptop next but same issue. Not to worry, they were literally steps away from our hotel room so we went by in person. The light were on, the open sign was out and the sigh said they were open until 9pm, but the door was locked?! We knocked and knocked, no answer. We called in the phone twice but nobody picked up. Ok, maybe they were in the bathroom, so we went shopping around town and stopped by again around 6pm. Lights out, store closed, everybody ran out early?! I have a feeling that my not being able to book the 5:45 slot was not an accident. If you're going to say your booked up fine, but if your hours say you're open to 9pm and you close shop before 6pm, then you weren't booked up. You just wanted to close early on a Saturday night instead of take customers. Not sure if the owner is even aware that the staff is refusing appointments and closing early. It's too bad, we might have become regular customers but with service like this we'll never be back to find out. Sad . If this place goes out of business you can be sure it had nothing to do with covid. read more

Im obsessed with this spa! So far I have been here to get my eyebrows shaped and they came out amazing! Megan is very talented and I can't wait to get my eyebrows microbladed there. I booked the Signature facial here this past weekend and wish I had booked at Haven Spa or in the city. Upon arrival was led into the changing room which had a table of stale pretzels and two boxes of empty tea? Was told I did not need to change into a robe so left everything on, however when I was led into room I was told to take my shirt off so in hindsight I wish I had put on a robe. My appointment started 10 minutes late and finished 5 minutes early so already was not feeling like I was getting my money's worth. Facial seemed ok nothing special, however I am used to my estheticians in Manhattan talking me through my skin like what products am I using, what is my diet like. etc so we can both have an idea of best way to treat and post treat. I was told nothing during or after was just led out to pay. Seemed like a lot of money for a facial I could have given myself at home. The saddest part though is the next day my face broke out in a red bumpy rash all over! I have had many many facials before and know that I am not allergic to anything so not sure why I reacted this way to it. Overall I do not recommend this spot. read more
