In order to plug in the heaters, they unplugged the thing that warms the oil. So now the massage oil is also cold. We should've walked out...But we didn't. The ceiling tiles are falling down and the towels are dirty. The bathroom is gross. I had to ask for new towels and they were short to boot. I am only 5'4" and it was NOT long enough to cover my torso to my feet so they were freezing. No towel rolled up under the ankles to support the feet and they didn't even massage my arms nor head AT ALL! The massage was terrible. They just did the same "rubbing" motion throughout.
