( never had a massage sitting up, could not relax) The male was extremely rough. At about 40 mins into the massage, I could tell that he was wrapping up ... so I tried to tell him that my massage should be 1.5 hours.. he does not speak english .. He went to get the owner... She was EXTREMELY RUDE . yelling Ni we don't have time .. meanwhile place is empty ... I said ok no problem.. I should've had a half hour left over portion of my card... she manually wrote $23 remaining . She charged extra time while I was still putting back on my toe rings and anklets. Did not appreciate the rude tone, slight aggressive behavior and the fact that I did not receive a complete massage but deducted money from my card that I did not use!

After I got back home I realized I never put my watch back on. Called and of course they didn't find it. Went back there, searched under the beds, so did the masseuse and nothing. They said there had been no one else after me. After insisting it must be there, miraculously the masseuse "found it" in an area that I hadn't been in. Please remember to take all your belongings after you finish a treatment.

This location is…read morecloser to where I live now and I'm so happy I can continue to see him for my neck pain flare ups. Before the actual adjustment patients will use either the traction table, physical therapy stretches, or electro-stim TENS machine to bring information to the pain area and allow for relaxation of the muscles before the adjustment of the bones. Dr. Nicolai checks on you during the warm up and will change the settings for comfort. My pain problem involves needing my neck cracked and that takes a lot of trust. Dr. Nicolai is very gentle and never forces anything. Sometimes he has to play the kid photographer and says things like "think about your right knee" just as he cracks my neck which is really helpful in relaxing for me. I've always left his office leaving better than when I arrived and happily recommend him to friends and the community at large for muso-skeletal pain management.

I came in for lower back pain which I am very familiar with. I've been seeing a chiropractor on and off for 10years. He gave me so much attention and took his time between each adjustment which I have never experienced and it was truly life changing when you have back pain and you have been to many people. I've only been once but look forward to going back. My adjustment was exactly what I needed. He gave me an apple at the end and it was such a nice reminder to take care of myself. He wasn't pushy about my next visit and made me feel like I also knew what was best for my body. Often times Dr.'s make you feel as if they only know what's best. I loved the vibe of this office and look forward to much more healing there.

I happened to walk by this storefront when I was in Beacon and saw they offered myofascial release - I had done that once before and it worked wonders. I booked an appointment with Lisa and was so glad I spent my money with her rather than a physical therapist. She listened to my concerns, asked what my goals for the session were and proceeded to give me a customized therapy session to tackle the problem. She is super communicative which I love, and asks that you be the same. I'm so happy I found her and have already booked my next session.

I'd highly recommend this hidden gem for a private class with your group.
