Such a poor experience. I've been here before and been reasonably happy but tonight was my reason…read morenot to return. I scheduled appointments for both my mom and I for our birthday trip. Arrival was fine, chose colors and I disclosed that I needed Dip because I'm allergic to gel. I go back to start my pedicure and ask the gentleman to please add an additional 19 minute massage and he tells me no, it's included. I said yes I know I want an additional 10 minutes and I'm still told no, it's included. Fine, maybe we're just communicating badly and it's not that big of a deal. We finish and I'm sat for my manicure with the same tech, who leaves me sitting there for ten minutes and I think, oh he's probably just cleaning up, fine. We finally begin and he's looking at my natural nails which just have regular polish and notices my right pointer is substantially shorter and asks if I want them all cut down. I say not but I'd like a tip in that one so they match and I'm again told no, not necessary. Then the manicure begins and he's filing my sidewall into my nail bed, filing my natural nail so aggressively that he's filing the skin around it. He finally starts the dip portion and doesn't stir the powder or do a clear base coat and just starts going in in partially covered nails and ends up at 5 layers per nail. Then I ask him to debulk because it's about a thousand miles thick and he ignores me. I then again, more firmly tell him it's too thick and to please thin it down and instead if answering me he starts speaking to the tech doing the nails of the young lady next to me (hers looks gorgeous) and, while I can't prove it, it FELT like hes was talking negatively about me. He didnt wipe the nail, have me rinse my hands or anything before slapping the too coat on. After that dried for a few minutes he came back realized he painted nail dust and fuzz into the nail and had yo buff of the layer in those nails and gave me a single top coat before having me wash my hands. None of my nails are even remotely the same shape and they look like bad press ons while they hurt! I will not be back to this salon again. In fairness my mother is thrilled with the young ladies that did her services and hers looks beautiful and carefully done. I think my guy just didn't want to do it and wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible which I could understand to some degree if we hadn't spent almost 300$ combined on our services and he wasn't hurting me for most of the manicure.
