I reserved Pony's Pad and upon arrival they moved me to another less appealing space due to "maintenance issues" with no prior notice. Too many issues to note here. At the same time, if I don't want to chat, silence prevails and an inner meditation takes over with the light music playing during the session. Initially, I needed her to really focus on the acute injury and not give a general massage. I am very grateful that she obliged. Her practice also extends beyond the table. Hanna encourages mindfulness while on the table. For me I was able to deeply connect with the massage following her words. She also showed me some stretches that greatly helped my back release. Coupled with some PT and chiropractic work, I'm feeling much better. I continue to go to Hanna, have recommended her to many, and will continue to book her for massages at least once a week.

I had called earlier in the day and was happy to get a same day visit. When I asked for a bouncy blowout he gave me a lot of resistance on how he couldn't achieve that without using a curling iron. I did not object. When he washed my hair, there was some soap left on my hair and I kindly told him that. He started yelling at me and insisted there wasn't any soap in my hair and that I lied about the length of my hair. I did not lie, and if I perceived my hair as medium and him as long, then it was simply a difference in opinion. He was very abusive and the price he quoted me was $85 which is insane, later he dropped it to $60. I have had my hair done all around the world and I have never had such a horrible experience. The hair turned out ok but the amount of pulling during the blowout hurt. I would never return and would give 0 stars if I could.
