Don't go! I went 9/4 to the new place it was crazy there are 2 new men and a girl don't know what they are doing. There were 2 old crew Nancy, and I think Vicky I was ask to sit Nancy or Vicky Didn't look or acknowledge that I was there, like they couldn't from the new team. Basically just left there from a scheduled appt with just doing my toes.....the girl was good but left residue from salts right below my knee and pedicure was timed , no lotion.....guess my time was up...... Manicure.......um no I am up here on the weekends thought I could save some time, asked if I could have my nails soaking as I get pedicure and was told she was told to just do the pedicure, um excuse me I'm a paying customer and add the cost $20 more for powder gel than the city. I used to love coming to Tracy's nails. I will never go back there again. I had a mani and a Pedi, what a bad job on both. Cuticles not trimmed well, the polish on both are already coming off. The woman was not friendly. I won't go back there anymore. I could have done a better job. This was a gift to myself. read more

Awful, every time I go in to set my set redone, they are always crooked. The nails are never straight even after asking multiple times of what she's doing will make them straight. I ask to get my nails straight and ask for a new set of needed and the same lady never does the new set, feels like she's being lazy. read more

You could make an appointment and they'll call back 10 mins later offering an alternative time because the time first offered isn't actually available. Not a big fan, hence my review. It's just unfortunate there are so few nail salons around here that can actually do good nail extensions. They only do acrylic, which is fine I suppose. I personally prefer the gel extensions but I'll go with acrylic if the colors are quality and the technician is skilled with shaping the nail! I think both of those are key components to having nice looking nails. I only went to only person there. I've heard mixed reviews about other technicians. read more

Never again. Had a manicure and pedicure. Inexperience was evident. Unable to remove callous from feet. Did not apply nail police to entire nail. When trimming cuticle/deadskin, it looked like it was chewed (rough result). Filed nails did not result in smooth edges. Girl had an attitude when rough edges were pointed out. Do NOT come here for eyelashes. I went to see Tracy twice for eyelash extensions. The first time looked nice, great price and she finished quickly. It was my first time getting eyelashes and I thought how awesome! However, in less than two weeks, the lashes were coming out in clumps and ripping off my natural lashes. I had literal bald spots. I thought maybe I did something wrong, this being my first time. So I went back to get a new set. I noticed right away that my eyelashes were crooked and uneven, with an obvious bump in the lashes. This was so embarrassing, I went to a professional lash place to get it fixed. They actually gasped in horror when they saw my lashes. I learned from professionals that there are some fake "professionals" (like Tracy) who buy fake and cheap lashes from a drug store and will use something like superglue or permanent glue that is NOT safe for your skin or lashes. Tracy does this and it ruined my natural lashes. Even if none of that matters to you, she can't even do a decent job. It looked terrible. She actually smiles at you as you walk out the door. I wish i could give zero stars. Worst experience I've had. Not only were they not able to do FOUR of the options I came with, but they completely messed up the nails I needed up having to choose. The my missed spots on the nail, the made the acrylic very thick, they charged $10 for ANY change I asked for. They just look terrible. I called back to let them know and the lady on the phone was very rude. Laughing, saying if I don't like the nails I paid for then that's "my problem". This place is good! I am new to the area and was in search for a nail salon. Drove around for 15 minutes until I stumbled on this place. They took me in immediately and there was no wait. They acknowledged my presence from the second I walked in (unlike most salons) and the woman who worked on my feet spoke very good English so it was easy to communicate. Everything was done with a smile and with great care. Is this the top of the line, fanciest salon I've ever been to? No! But...my pedicure looks great, my horrible hangnails are gone without pain, and I don't have to sit around and wait to get my feet done. I have more time at home with my family. I'll take a less fancy salon over an overcrowded place that treats you like cattle any day. Give them a try. Wasn't fume-ey in there either! read more

I would never go here again. The owner is beyond rude. If you tell her that you don't like how your nails look she go ahead and insults you calling you rude then keeps fighting with you. I created a Yelp account specifically to review this salon. Not only did I receive the WORST manicure of my entire life, the girl acknowledged it looked bad, redid it, did just as bad of a job, and throughout this whole thing, not a single other employee offered help. Then, when I complained to the girl in the front that I would appreciate if someone at least used some nail polish remover to clean up my skin (which had tons of excess nail polish on it), the girl was incredibly unapologetic, called someone over, and never asked if I was happy or if it was better. My nails were jagged, already chipped, have dents in them, and look basically worse than if I had just done them myself on the train. What angers me the most is that no one who worked there showed even the slightest concern. Horrible customer service, and there is absolutely no reason to go here when there other tons of other salons in the area with polite staffs. Stay away. read more

Going downhill. Used to have gorgeous nails. Now they're too thick or too thin. Too square or too pointy. For years I was happy here, now I go home, take off the polish and reshape them myself. I have not gotten my nails done in over 6 years and this place from what I remember was the worst one Ive ever been to. A little back story, I was going to get my nails done because I was getting engagement photos taken the next day. My sister had suggested a place and wanted me to meet her there. She told me the address but I forgot what the name was because she had told it to me so long before. She had told me she had made an appointment, so I walked in and told the lady at the desk who I assume was the owner based on our interaction later who had no idea about the appointment (not her fault, keep reading). She asked what I wanted and I told her that I was meeting my sister but she was running late and that I was getting engagement photos so I would like some input on what they think may look good. The lady told me that I have to pick it out myself because they dont know what I like and had asked if I wanted gel nail polish. Not knowing what that was I of course asked and she explained in a kind of abrupt way as if I should know everything. Then told me to go get my pedi and pick out my gel nailpolish. The back area was ill lit and I could not see any of the colors clearly. The lady doing my pedi was very nice. I had put my feet in the water about 5-10minutes tops and had gotten half a leg massage when my sister and I realized I was in the wrong facility. I notified the lady doing my leg massage of that and and that this was supposed to be a way for my sister and I to hang for a little as I now live a distance away and she is constantly working every time Im home. The lady said she would just have to go check with her boss to see what we should do. So I sat there for a little waiting patiently. The owner came out minutes later yelling at my saying I had to pay for the full pedicure. Now remember I had gotten half a leg massage, no nail polish, nothing. She said it would be the full 25 or whatever dollars and that I had to pay it. Outraged now I decided not to argue and to just have the lady finish my full pedicure. There was no way I was paying the full price for nothing done. The lady doing my pedicure apologized for that which was very nice of her but the owner of the facility should get an attitude check. If they had let me go see my sister at the other facility I would have probably gone back there or had my sister go there instead as she had not started her manicure yet. Needless to say I will not be going back there again. I was even so mad at the rude owner that after my pedicure the woman asked me if I had a second to get my nails dried. I told her no and I was leaving and I walked across the street in those cheap sandals they give you to get to millions to meet my sister. That place is so much better. read more
