I almost gave this nail salon 5 stars, however there was one. If extremely unforgivable mix up the day we went so I had to drop a star for that. My best friend was getting married in the area and we are all from out of town, but happened upon this salon. It had great reviews so we decided to try it out. When we got there everyone was great, we started with pedicures, the service was awesome and friendly and they were very detailed. No complaints there. Next my friend, the bride, went to get her nails done. Just a regular French manicure nothing crazy. The girl who started her asked if she wanted her nails cut - mind you she had been growing out her nails for months trying to make them perfect for her wedding. She told her only to shape them if necessary. After that, clip! She cut her nail off. My friend was calm and said okay well that's fine but please leave the rest long, must have been some miscommunication because she cut the next one off as well and at that point she couldn't very well leave the rest. How disappointing after all that hard work! And she's the bride!!!!! Then what really put us over the edge was the girl proceeded to cut my friends finger! Which finger you ask? HER LEFT RING FINGER! You know, the one that's pretty important on your wedding day!!!! She was literally gushing blood they had to stop multiple times to stop it front bleeding. At that point feeling defeated we paid for the nails and my friend left extremely disappointed and she didn't even like how the French ended up. We ended up having to ask the hair salon to paint her nails the morning of her wedding because she had hated them so much. i love this place! i've been coming here for a couple years and usually get the powder nails. Steven is definitely my favorite technician. he takes his time and fixes any imperfections he sees. while your nails are drying from the top coat, you get a nice shoulder massage. the pedicures are fantastic as well. they take their time and are very clean. the whole place looks amazing and has no chemical smell. i'll continue to come here for a long time! read more

I am very disappointed with this salon. After seeing the good reviews, I made an appointment for me, my mom and my sister to get our nails done together. We wanted a nice little spa trip together. We walked into the salon 5 minutes before our appointment time with every chair and every technician taken, some of them just starting on the people that sat down! We waited about 10 minutes, and asked someone when we would be seen and if the 3 of us would be getting our nails done at the same time, or if we would go one after another. The technician informed us that we would be going one after another, and another 10 minute wait. What was the point of us making appointments for 3 people at a certain time if they would not accommodate it? They shouldn't even take appointments if they will not honor them. I tired this nail place a few weeks ago. First off the girl was not friendly the lighting is terrible over the pedicure area so I'm not sure who to blame the owner or the girl that did my feet! She hardly pushed the cuticle back and the gel polished had waves in it and she never removed any excess polish off the cuticle so there was a line across the bottom of each nail. Let me preface this by saying that the staff is extremely accommodating and nice and this review is more about the quality of their work. I have tried this nail salon out at least 4 times and usually get a pedicure and acrylic set done with designs. I have been on the hunt for a new salon for a while and saw good reviews here, so I thought, why not? My first visit getting a spa pedicure with Jenny went well so I decided to go back and try and get an acrylic set done and got them done with Sandy. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they were okay, not the best set I have gotten, but I thought to give them another chance. So, I recently went back for another spa pedicure and fill on my acrylic set. I pay $55 for a spa pedicure and $50 on my nails. My foot was scrubbed raw and I was left with a scrape on the side of my foot and my toenail polish was still not dry by the time I left and was smudged and ruined. As for my acrylic fill, it came out how I liked, but within three days I had to glue my middle nail back on and the nail polish and designs are peeling within a week. Not entirely too happy with this since I spend a lot of money here and the quality is subpar. read more

This place does a great job. Very busy, even with appointments you may have to wait. But the staff is very nice and they take care of your nails. The basic pedicure is on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for - they exfoliate your legs in addition to the standard services. I decided to get a spa pedicure and expected the usual with a callus peel.. I was surprised when they wrapped my legs in hot towels, used hot stones, and gave a longer than 2 second massage that I was used to. Gel manicure came out nicely as well. Meticulously clean. All instruments come from an indicator sensitive bag from a sterilizer. They put the protective bag into the soaker tub for your pedicure. If you get a gel manicure they use a UV protective hand glove. The salon itself is beautiful. Tony does a phenomenal job. My nails have never looked this great. read more

It's beautiful in here. Clean. Worker greeted me as soon as I walked n the door. I like it. They use relaxing products on top of the massage chairs. The rub and soak ya heels with this liquid have ya feet feeling like velvet. And while ya feet dries at the station they give u a lil extra. A lil rub to ya back and neck...
