    Took my 05 Buick here on June 7 2025 in for an oil change, was told I needed to replace my CV axle and suspension. The manager did not make this sound like it was an option, though later claimed he did not pressure any decisions. Less than a month later, the cv axles installed by this Midas came undone from the control arm as this Midas had not set the cotter pins yo lock in the axle. The manager stated that the pins must have backed out, which doesn't make sense for properly set cotter pins. While they redid the repair at no charge, they also stated they would fix a trim piece that had broken while the car was in their care as well as a sensor on the left front tire. After 3 months of waiting for a call that the parts were ready and i could bring my buick in, i have given up. You'd expect more from dropping over 4K on repairs.

    Scheduled an appointment and they made me reschedule for the next day. When I go to get my simple oil change, with an appointment, they expect you to sit around for 2-hours. Don't waste your time with these guys.

    Photos of piece broke as well as when took it to real mechanic how quickly they saw the issue.

    Do not use this Midas or any other. Went in for AC issue . They broke a piece decided to duck tape it and not tell me and told me my AC was fine. Two weeks later I take it into different company who took a woman coming in with an issue seriously and they found right away with diagnostic test and visualization that the motor and wiring was loose. Called back Midas to talk about fixing piece they broke and manager Clay right away tried to say it was broke when came in when I know and have proof it was not and he trying to back pedal staying he let me know he was going to duck tape something. Will be contacting corporate and BBB and experience with others. If you break something that is understandable please have integrity to fix it rather than deny . Would not talk to a man like that but taking advantage of woman. Also calling me after to say you offered to fix the part that the shop broke is you covering up for when you told me you would not fix it and tried to state you told me you were duck taping my car. I would never agree to putting duck tape anywhere on my car. I hope the phone call was recorded cause you raising your voice and denying to fix it is all in there. Ladies , take your car somewhere else . Un honest management here at Midas.

    Horrific customer service. Came in for an oil change and the lady at the front desk handed me a list of expensive repairs (totaling $1000). When I politely indelicately I wasn't interested, she slammed the repair bill on the desk and shouted : "I'm going to get my manager because I won't tolerate you". I called the manager afterwards, and he tried to blame me for the situation, and claimed I was the rude one. All I did was decline the repair list. I never raised my voice This is a shocking way to treat a customer. I am NEVER using your services again and I am filing a formal complaint with your corporate headquarters.

    Some mysterious stain i had to clean after my appt. Hoped it was sweat, it wasn't.

    Very disappointed with my experience with this location. They don't value customers time. I tend to go to the smaller shops for this very reason...But I stumbled upon a Groupon for a $50 alignment so I figured "why not". My appt was scheduled for 4pm & i arrived at 3:48pm. I was greeted quickly, and was then told that my car would be done in 60-90 minutes. I was planning on leaving (i live about a mile away) but I thought 60-90min wasn't too long of a wait. Now its 5:50pm and im being told that they're about to start my car once they get this other car out. I understand things happen, but it would've been nice to get an update before waiting almost 2hrs without my car even being pulled in. Now its a little past 6pm, my car is in the stall, and I hear "whats going on with the Lexus, its been sitting there for 20 minutes". Sucks to hear, but atleast the front desk guy is acknowledging that they're wasting time out there. Shortly after i am being brought the printout of my initial alignment. Im told that they can only adjust the front toe because my car is lowered. I know the toe is the only thing that is adjustable in the front, but I also know for a fact that there is adjustments that can be made to the rear camber. I work on all my own cars, including being the one that just took off the aftermarket suspension arms to replaced them with the oem units & changed my inner and outer tie rods. I also installed a simple "SPC rear camber kit" which allows the camber to be adjusted an additional positive degree. So for those that are still reading this. What really happened is...Midas booked too many customers on a Friday. They didn't start my 4pm appointment until after 6pm. The location closes at 7pm. They wanted to get off in time, so they made up an excuse on why they couldn't adjust the rear of my car. Then said they wouldn't charge me as if they were doing me a favor, then rushed me out the door as everyone was cleaning up the stalls and closing the doors. Then I go outside to some sort of stains on my seats. I waited until the next day to recheck (giving them the benefit of doubt hoping its just sweat). It wasn't...so I clean my seats and proceed to adjust my rear camber(which they said couldn't be done). Now my car drives straight. Atleast they did the front toe correctly. Save yourself the headache and go to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. I wrote a review for them awhile back. Amazing customer service over there.

What stood out to me was the level of professionalism, character, and leadership Gary demonstrated throughout the entire interaction. There was a very slight misunderstanding regarding the services believed to have been paid for. Now, let's be honest--situations like that can go sideways very quickly. Most places get defensive, frustrated, or even confrontational when a customer believes they're right (even if they might not be entirely correct). I've seen it happen many times. Gary was the complete opposite. Instead of reacting emotionally or becoming demanding, Gary handled the situation with an incredible level of humility and grace. He calmly asked thoughtful questions, took the time to truly understand where I was coming from, and created an environment where the conversation felt respectful and productive--not tense or uncomfortable. That alone is rare. What impressed me even more was his patience and kindness throughout the entire process. There was zero ego involved--just a genuine desire to get clarity and make things right. You can't train that. That's character. Because of the way Gary handled this situation, it completely changed my perspective--not just about the business, but about how powerful it is when someone leads with professionalism, respect, and emotional intelligence. I actually walked away learning something from him. That says a lot. It's very clear why Wheel Specialists, Inc. has Gary in a leadership role. People like him are incredibly valuable to any organization. He represents the company at a very high level, and his approach to customer service is something more businesses should strive for. If you're looking for a place that does high-quality, scratch-free wheel work AND treats customers with respect and professionalism, this is it. Discount Tire said there was nothing they could do, leaving me without a resolution on how to get the wheel off. The Lincoln dealership also couldn't assist, and I was sent to four different locations across the valley, including some specialists, but none were successful. Some attempted unsuccessfully, while others suggested welding off the bolts, with no guarantee of the cost or damage. After exhausting every resource in the area over a week, I contacted a friend who owns CMH Auto in Niagara. Phil found the situation ridiculous and offered to help, but it meant driving four days with three worn tires with 55,000 miles on them, a risk I couldn't take. As a last resort, teary-eyed, I pleaded with the service manager, Dave Sleater, at Wheel Specialists to see what he could do. He asked me to leave it with him, and my wife and I took an Uber home. Within the hour, he called to say it was done, and the relief I felt was incredible. After a week of frustration, I finally found my savior. When I went to pick up the vehicle and expressed my gratitude to Dave, I noticed his two cut knuckles. He said he did the work himself--it wasn't easy, going through four sockets and scraping his knuckles a few times. I've never experienced such incredible service and felt such elation because someone had the heart to help someone in dire straits. I am forever grateful.

Today really confirmed it. I found out my tires were wearing out at just 24,000 miles. When I went back to the place I bought them, the first thing I was told was, "You didn't buy the warranty." What they meant was an additional warranty--completely brushing past the fact that there's still a manufacturer's warranty. Then I was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait just to have someone look at them. Frustrated, I went straight to Ron's and talked with Tom. Within minutes, he clearly explained the difference, confirmed the manufacturer warranty, and was upfront about what he could and couldn't do since he didn't sell me the tires. And then--without any pressure--he went above and beyond and adjusted my new tire quote to help offset the situation. That kind of integrity is rare. Turns out my cute little bedazzled push-button accessory was blocking the connection. They took it off for me for free and walked me through everything without rushing or brushing me off.
