I went to the auto body several times and their staff was reasonably good until I met Mike, a terrible guy, who gave Carfax access to the quote report as proof of additional accident. The reason was that I told him his quote more than doubled the amount three months ago and I would not accept it. The consequence is that one accident had two records in my Carfax history and the false one happened on the date when I asked Mike for a quote. To make things even worse, Carfax was stupid on the mistake and refused to correct it even I showed the photos of the damage were the exactly the same as before. So, my suggestion is to try your best to avoid Mike for a price quote and consult with other staff. read more

They repaired damage to the rear quarter panel and replaced the hood on my 4-year old car. The repaired section looks like a brand new car and the painted hood matches the color perfectly. I couldn't be happier. In addition, they "detailed" the inside of the car very thoroughly and it looks like a brand new car also. I'm sure that alone would have cost me a couple hundred bucks if I had done it on my own. They also finished the job 3 days ahead of the promised date, saving me money on a car rental. I own a 2002 Ford Thunderbird in the one-year Thunderbird Blue color. I have kept it in immaculate condition for the past 21 years. Then on Easter Sunday 2023, I was rear-ended by a pickup truck. My glorious Tbird took a major blow. The parts are rare and the paint color is too. One of the big chain body shops I went to told me they would not fix my car and to take it elsewhere. Shortly after picking up my Tbird, I noticed a very small chip on the edge of my trunk lid. Did the chip happen in the rear-end collision? At the body shop? Five years ago? I had no idea. It was amazing to find a five-star body shop, but our mechanic recommended them and that meant more than a Yelp review. I dropped by Autobody of Vienna to get a repair estimate. They indicated in a rude manner they only provided estimates by appointment and asked me to come back in two weeks just to get an estimate with me being there in person with my car. First time this has ever happened to me at a body shop. It took them longer to tell me about their appointment system than what it took another body shop to give me the estimate I needed. The other body shop was also busy since I will have my car done in three weeks but I was courteously treated, and I immediately got my estimate. No need to deal with a body shop that does not care about their customers and feel they are doing them favors by doing the basic thing of giving them an estimate. I spoke with the manager and thought this was just fine so just imagine what to expect if you use them. No need to deal with this unprofessional and rude customer service. Customers are not asking for favors but for respect and service. Go elsewhere to get that. read more

Took my brand new car here after an accident as these guys were highly rated. They were very careless with the paint job as it got onto the black window seals. There were particles stuck into the paint that is now dried on. The place in btwn the front n back windows were once spotless (brand new car) now had scratches from what looks like scraping off paint with something sharp. My beige interior was left with grease/ dirt areas in several spots (again, brand new car). So many minor issues that were careless. My car looked like it was put together by a kid. What was really disheartening was that the body parts were installed noticeably off and when I brought up a few issues to Bruce, he played it off like everything was done correctly- he saw nothing wrong!! He did correct 1 major displacement after I persisted it was wrong. Though it came back to me fully repaired and functional, attention to detail is not their strong suit. Excellent repair service. My car was hit by a deer that dented in both the driver and passenger door on the same side. The driver-side window would not roll up. The deer also took off the side view mirror. Vienna Autobody fixed the problems in the exact timeframe that they gave me. They communicated well with my insurance company so that I didn't have to worry about that aspect. The cost was reasonable. I spoke to a rather rude receptionist re: repainting my 2004 convertible, explaining that I wanted the same paint color and was sure that the hood, trunk, and perhaps a rear fender needed painting d/t sun damage (clear coat damage). Her tone of voice made it obvious that I was taking up her time. She went off to speak briefly with someone and returned with an estimate of $10000 for a full paint job. They felt the entire car needed painting in order to match the original paint. They lost a customer right there and then.
