    My Thunderbird after a rear-end collision.

    I own a 2002 Ford Thunderbird in the one-year Thunderbird Blue color. I have kept it in immaculate condition for the past 21 years. Then on Easter Sunday 2023, I was rear-ended by a pickup truck. My glorious Tbird took a major blow. The parts are rare and the paint color is too. One of the big chain body shops I went to told me they would not fix my car and to take it elsewhere. I then received a recommendation to take my vehicle to Auto Body of Vienna. Best recommendation. Ever. Suffice it to say Bruce and his team restored my Tbird to its original glory. Amazing work. They searched nationwide for a very difficult-to-find part. They did all the negotiating with my insurance company. And they even fixed a small issue with my right front-end (unrelated to the rear-end collision) at no charge!. I thought that was the icing on the cake. But wait, there's more. Shortly after picking up my Tbird, I noticed a very small chip on the edge of my trunk lid. Did the chip happen in the rear-end collision? At the body shop? Five years ago? I had no idea. In any case, I returned to Auto Body of Vienna and Michael saved the day with a small bottle of perfectly matching touch-up paint (again, at no charge!) In doing so, he took an amazing job to the next level. Bottom line - I have become an instant long-time customer of Auto Body of Vienna. I will go nowhere else.

They said it would be about an hour and it was. I got the ceramic tint and it was astonishing how effective it was. My son got his car tinted and I drove over separately to the location so we could get lunch while we waited. Today the thermometer on my car read 100°. When I got into my untainted car, I felt every bit of the hundred degree heat. His car after the tint install was dramatically cooler. Their prices are competitive with other vendors I found, but I was thoroughly impressed with the workmanship. I see why this place has such high ratings. They do a fantastic job and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking to have window tint installed on their vehicle.

Erik, the owner, was quick at responding and easy to talk and coordinate with. The date I ended up picking was about 2.5 weeks from when I first reached out which was good with me. I showed up day of to select the tint that I wanted, dropped my car off, and was told it'd be ready for pickup in an hour. The quality of the tint was top notch, and I've had zero issues with it warping, discoloring, or peeling a month later. It reduces the interior temperature of my car during these hot days. Overall easy, efficiency, and high quality.

    They deserve no star! I had a 9:30 AM drop-off. The system defaulted to "all day," but I showed up…read moreon time and stayed in the lobby. They still took people who came after me. I even spoke to the front desk and we agreed they'd "squeeze me in" -- whatever that means -- but nothing actually happened for hours. It took over 3.5 hours just to get started, and even then it wasn't done. If I hadn't said something, I'm pretty sure it would've been pushed even later. I was respectful the whole time. I didn't raise my voice or disrespect anyone -- I just pointed out that I was there since 9:30 and waiting. That should've been first come, first serve at that point. When I finally asked for my keys to leave, the technician started arguing with me and said, "so the other customers have to bend over to suit you?" -- like seriously? That was it for me. Completely arrogant and unnecessary. Then the front desk tells me to "show respect." Respect goes both ways. You lost my respect when I was left sitting there for hours and then talked to like that. I also overheard another customer dealing with a messed-up schedule and being left stranded, and staff gossiping about coworkers (not loudly, but loud enough for customers to hear). The whole place felt disorganized and honestly kind of toxic. No harm done in the end, but this is not how you run a business. If someone is physically there waiting, use common sense and adjust the queue. I genuinely feel sorry for the owner if this is how the place is being run.
